I tried using besan flour as facewash, but it gave me rashes. Therefore, eventually, I switched to littleextraa riceberry face wash, and believe me, my skin has greatly improved from this and got better than how it was... pimples reduced, blemishes faded, open pores reduced, and skin has become more glowing and smoother, and I am receiving compliments from people these days.

@@jericsonaraja6753 Know your skin type, find the product that is match in your skin type, iwasan mong ma irritate ang skin mo kasi more irritation more acne, and less irritation less acne. Iwasan mo ding ma stress kasi maapektuhan nyan ang mga hormones mo.
@@jericsonaraja6753 And also advice ko sayo gumamit ka ng mild na facewash para safe. Wag ka gagamit ng matatapang na sabon like kojic soap, yun yung reason kaya lumala acne ko eh pero ngayon ok na sya. Sana nakatulong ako sa mga sinabi ko.

tip: matulog ng maaga (before 10pm, or hindi lampas 12am), inom lagi ng tubig (every hour ginagawa ko 1 bottle 500ml), wag hawak hawakan ang mukha, pag natutulog wag idikit yung mukha sa unan then if oily or sweaty mukha mo wash face lang hehe just sharing this kasi I had a break out 1 month due to work shedule so ngayon nagchange na to dayshift and I do that in just a week wala akong inaapply namiminimize na pimples ko :)
Hi po I'm 14 years old and may mga pimples po ako and gumamit ako ng doc s wongs sulfur soap at aloe gel. Pero parang tinubuan tuloy ako ng pimples. Please give me some advice po💗

I tried that rin po sulfur and aloe and hindi po nag effect sa akin so meaning hindi para skin type natin yung product. Pwede kang magtry ng ibang product then wag magpuyat kasi 10pm and 1am nagwowork yung hormones natin, if magpuyat ka edi magkakaimbalance hormones so magkakapimples and tubig at dasal na rin hehe
Huhubells nagka acne breakout rin ako dahil laging madaling araw aq natutulog kasi kailangan kong matapos modules ko. Tulad ngayon, kakatapos ko lang hehe.

Just reminder... skin is a part of our body, right? So it means skin is functioning too... it can reform and resolve itself... the thing that you only need is to GIVE WHAT YOUR SKIN NEEDED... gently massaging your face while washing is very important... heal also your face from inside not only from outside, alright? :)
Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser is a great cleanser for very sensitive and reactive skin. However it’s not that effective at taking off makeup or sunscreen. The trick is to always double cleanse at night or at the end of the day. Going back, this cleanser is great for a morning cleanse. It’s soothing and has skin conditioners that will not irritate your delicate skin at all.

What if cethaphil cleanser and exfoliator po ?
@@blackinkuepakchweyoung3674 If we are talking about very VERY sensitive skin-- like to the point of peeling and the insatiable redness because of certain topical treatments then maybe skip the exfoliation for a while. Try to let your skin breathe and focus on healing your skin barrier by using soothing and hydrating products. But if we're talking about the normal breakouts (oily T-zone and whatnot) you can try going for something like a gentle AHA/BHA exfoliator after this cleanser, it works fine from my experience.
I'd suggest a thorough research regarding these products though before you go about and buy it because not most skins are acclimated to these and some do purge after a week of using these.
Sorry, I got sidetracked with that whole thing.
Anyyywaaaay, I believe Cetaphil has a cleanser with the exfoliator? With the beads I think? I'm not sure. You can always try that one out to see if it works for you.

Mas safe po kung pa consult nalang sa dermatologist kaso mahal, pero worthit 2k+ na gastos ko pero 2-3 months wala na po mga pimples ko. DONT GIVEUP PO!❤

I suddenly had an acne breakout a few years ago, and it was really a shock to me since I didn't encounter it for almost 28 years of my life. I only used soap and do not use any skincare.. :) But after that breakout, I tried derma, skin care products etc. but it kept coming back for a few weeks. It bothered me for years.
I stop applying any skin care and I started to exercise. Just random stuff just to release toxins in my body. Simple jogging, walking, Zumba sometimes, yoga.. :) But not intense. I just make sure na pag papawisan ako. Nagbawas din po ako sa pagkain ng oily foods pero not totally na iniwasan,talagang binawasan lang. :) Then after a while nawala ang acne ko. nag heal na rin although may mga spots pa rin nung dati.
Ganun nalang ang routine ko ngayon, pag alam ko na nag start na namn ako mgkaroon ng acne meaning kulang na aq sa exercise or nasobrahan na naman aq sa samgyupsal. :) So I will start to workout again and iwas samgyup for a while.. :)
Cetaphil is a good cleanser. I used it from time to time. That's how I fight my acne.. :)
exercise is the best option to get rid of pimples tried and tested ki na yan. Kasi tinatanggal ni body 'yong mga toxins sa katawan natin eh kaya nung nag ehersisyo ako for 3 days grabi iyong glowing ng face ko. Kaya tulog, exercise, eating the right foods at huwag hawakan ang muka is the best way to avoid excessive pimple acne

If youre using make up
or any stuff on your face use cleansing balm... but if you’re not then just use cleanser... make sure that cleanser can clean DEEPLY your face but doesn’t your STRIP your face too... when it comes to cleanser it’s better if it has active ingredient such as salicylic acid, niacinamide, centella asiatica, and others... depends on your skin concern... but sodium LAURETH sulfate was considered as good cleanser but if your sensitive you better avoid it... use a calming moisturizer to calm your face and SUNSCREEN is a MUST...

hey! just wanna inform ya'll na lahat tayo ay kailangan ng wash face. Doc Adam said that too and i've been using that product since 2017 and it's really good for our skin lalo na ako oily. (We have differeng types of skin so kung hindi nag work sa inyo meron pang ibang product dyan)

Been using Cetaphil a year now. Cetaphil cleanser alone ay di nakakatanggal ng make up, so better use micellar water first to remove make up and then wash your face with cetaphil. And also, sa mga ingredients, as long as hindi siya ang nauuna sa list, okay lang yan kasi it means di sya ganun karami. 😊

Hi there 🙂 typically 2 times ka lang mag hihilamos, one for morning and one for the night. But also it depends kung ano ang mga activity mo, specially kung pinagpapawisan ka ng sobra during the day. Then it's fine to wash your face 😊

Cetaphil gentle skin cleanser cleanses your face very gently but it doesn't have ingredients that can really target fighting acne... that's my experience
Maybe its not juat on the outer layer of the skin it comes feom within hormonal or food, if hormonal needs enough sleep for your body to regulate hormones if foods bawas-bawasan ang oily eat more vegies at prutas (lalo n yung citrus fruits don't forget to take 1000mg of vit C id your an adult already) tested ko na yan I have to go through the same shit everyday lalo na at mabilis ako magreact skin ko ilang oras lang may avne breakouta na namn. Btw nasa dugo anmin ang acne pero mababwasan yan kapag healthy ka physiclly and mentally.
