Organ always sounds so holy and it's made for another world than this one.

I believe that sentiment comes mostly from the fact that organs are, most of the time and to most people, heard only at churches, therefore forming an association. Not saying it sounds bad by any means. Organs usually have a really rich, full sound and tend to be very versatile (you could play almost anything from any genre on an organ and it'd still sound good)
