Small detail: towards the end, Engel went ahead and saved Claire from Miss Circle, then he shows up later with a few injuries. U can see him get pushed into the wall. One possibility of him showing up at the very end is that he somehow fought off Circle, Thavel, and Bloomie, and somehow lived. Or it's possible they let him go out of possible respect 4 the way he defended Claire? I know they kill failing students, but I wonder if there's more 2 them than meets the eye.
Another thing, Alice seems 2 be colorful and the minute she escapes her room, every single teacher is somewhat frightened. Maybe it's cuz Alice is water colors and since everyone else is paper they're afraid? We all know water colors can fuck paper up XD
Also, Abbie is confirmed 2 be a boy❤❤❤
It’s likely because they see him more as a pushover and unimportant since he probably hasn’t failed anything yet so they spared him
I think the teachers have some sort of moral code to who they kill. I think they just kill the students that get bad grades. Since Engel probably was doing good in school, he didn't die. Even when they were chasing Claire, the other students weren't killed. As for Lana, maybe she was killed because she either witnessed it or was caught out of class as we can see her writing
Alice probably has some sort of reality manipulation passive or some shit, because she entirely changes the style of the video with her mere PRESENCE
Alice does seem to be colored but as soon as Claire enters Alice's room she also becomes colored, the difference between Alice and the rest of the characters is that she's the most normal, u like the other characters she has an actual neck and not just a floating one. Alice seems to be some kind of supernatural entity running the place, and controlling the minds of teachers making them kill students that do bad in class, even if she isn't the reason for that she can create spikes, can shapeshift and seems to be a much darker entity than the rest, she obviously plays an important role in the lore, yet what I don't understand is why she kills people that enter her room, maybe just because it aggravates her, yet one thing I noticed was that Alice had a tiara, what would be the point in her having a tiara unless there was some story behind it, she had some kind of scar under her eye and her chest area was wrapped in bandages. My theory is that Alice, was celebrating some kind of important day with her parents, when she lost them is some kind of accident hurting herself, she's obviously human yet has odd supernatural powers, so she's not from the paper world, but what I think is that once she came to the paper world, she was granted some kind of power (whether the people considered her a freak or different in a good way) and so the school kept her locked away in her room not to hurt anyone. Of course because of the incident she was incredibly upset and angry, wanting others to feel the pain she once did, so she altered the mind of the teachers using her powers.
Also at 4:53 miss circle has her arms crossed, missing her pin and pencil arm, kind of like they can change back and forth (yet I do think this was just an animation error)
Fun fact! If you look closely, Alice’s necklace has almost the same symbol as Miss grace’s ( the one with the symbol with the paper on their head ) symbol! There’s also a theory that they are family!
Almost every character if u look closely u see they have no necks unlike Alice who has a neck, but also as you see when Alice gets out of her room shadow/darkness spreads everywhere also alarming the teachers but also theres an easter egg that miss Circle’s voice is almost related to google’s Japanese aka if you go to google and type Japanese to English and at Japanese section type “Zip, Oliver! What are you doing?” Its related to miss Circle’s voice!

I have a theory abt miss bloomie and claire : as you see, look closely on miss bloomies face, shes shocked bc she has to kill a student, the part where claire hides, miss bloomie pretended to not see claire hiding while her eyes were wide open, the part when the trio chases Claire, miss bloomie is still shocked unlike miss circle and miss thavel, examp : mb is shocked, mc is smiling, mt is smiling. the part when engel saved claire, miss bloomie felt so relieved, and when the part everything turns real, you can see miss bloomie felt so guilty bc she didn't want to hurt Claire. miss bloomie sliced claires leg, so miss circle and thavel will think miss bloomie is trying to stop claire from running.

The reason Claire was in colour was because Alice’s room is I think waterpaint so Claire started getting colour but no student went in Alice’s room so that’s why nobody was coloured but Claire was covered in water paint.

9:44 : The paper beside Lana is a symbol for Alice Necklace, also the way Lana gets chopped up by Miss Circle. Her lower head is missing from Miss Circle eating it. Pencils are a representation of how artistic Lana is (Noticing the sock puppets.) In the medieval times, decapitation was a punishment for trespassing or breaking the rules. This was later correlated upon Lana's death since the people who are most decapitated are nosy women in medieval times. The pencils in her eyes are reminders to not invade the privacy of others. We can also see her jaw is gone since she's probably going to tell the others by use of her tongue and jaw.
For Abbie: She got hit 4 by the blade representing the mistakes she got on her exam. She was also torn apart like the test that Ms. Circle ripped in front of her face.

Fun fact Neena: Miss Bloomie(the teacher with the bow) was forced, she cut Claire’s leg to act like she was trying to get her, she also knew she was in the locker but she wanted to save her some time, also when Oliver and Zip revealed that they made an “exit” door Miss Bloomie feels regretful for trying to kill Claire showing she’s very angry when they did that (Miss Bloomie never wants to kill her students)

Since abbie and lana didnt enter alices room, they werent colours when they died. But with claire, she was the one who entered alices room. Alices room may be the most dangerous spot in the entire school. Students who enter alices room are k!lled and never seen again after they die. Thorey:anyone who enters Alice's room gets turned to color and can't turn back so it's easier for Alice to spot the student, or Alice was maybe killed and left in like a janitors closet, so the room turned to color [most likely cuz nobody except the person who murdered Alice saw her body there. , or maybe it was a private area that wasn't populated at all. ] So maybe areas that have more people in them are paper, while areas with little to no people(less than 3) turn into real material. I think why the "janitors closet" is now "Alice's room" is cuz her sprit haunted the closet, slowly bending it into a room she preferred.
