And I think you got dynamic and static roof load round the wrong way. Hope the trailer's quality is better than the marketing.
Unfortunately you don’t get much of a camper these days under $50-$60K. Not with all these features anyway. The Brudder X which is similiar is now over $100k.
Airstream and Winnebago were thought to be recreational vehicles. Not land yacht. Features have improved. How well can they build a structure that will go through an earthquake every time you move??

I’ve heard some of those cheap imported campers start falling apart after about 5 years. Buy Once - Buy Right!
