I've been looking for this scene everywhere, but I couldn't find it, so I decided to upload it myself. It's my favorite scene. Evil!Possessed!Sam choking on Holy Water's pretty awesome.
The quality's not awesome, though, but whatever.

Everyone be thinking damn Bobby is smart or it was "x" that gave away possessed Sam but the truly funny thing is knowing him he probably just puts holy water in ALL the drinks he gives just in case lol.

When watching this, I asked my mom (who has seen the entire series as it aired) "Did Bobby know Sam was possessed or does he just put holy water in everything?" Her response was "Bobby's been around the block a few times" and she refused to elaborate.
