To get the giga bell mario costume you have to get all cat shines and bowser will have white hair and eyes when you fight him. When you beat him Bowser Jr will have a Fury Bowser costume on and Mario will have the giga bell costume

How to get mini Giga cat Mario
Basically you need to complete the game 100% collect all 100 cat shines and beat the TRUE final boss the normal final boss is fury bowser but the TRUE final boss is God Slayer Bowser (fury bowser but with white hair and spikes)
Oh and you’ll also unlock cat bowser jr
Please not that this is for beginners who doesn’t know how to get them
