So wait a minute- the closer you get the lower the club you use - ie further away wedge - closer to hole an 8 iron? Loved your bunker video BTW.
The lower the amount of carry needed the lower the loft
Great vid, but James it sounds like this video audio is compromised/fused in the beginning and end with the intro music.
As in the music level is too high?
I remember the times of your first videos (Scrambling 1-3) where you spend quit some time explaining why old school short game instruction using 9 and 7 iron for chipping are actually detrimental to your game as you loose your from birth on acquired feeling of throwing things around you with a smash factor of 1.0 when you put a 7 iron in your hands with a smash factor of 1.4. Using one wedge with and different trajectories transformed my short game. Now we are back to 7 irons?
No, we aren't back to 7 irons. Over time we become more fair, balanced and experienced. This means we recognise that not everyone has the time nor inclination to practice and I have to also cater for this player.
Exploring and explaining other ideas doesn't make it my preference but I am not afraid to have somebody do it if it means they score better.
I'm stoked that your short game was transformed! That's great! I want to be transformative for every type of player though so have to cover all the options.
