I really like this game I even bought it on PS3 day1, but main game ending that has to continue in DLC really killed it for me and maybe for everyone who bought this game early...that was a dark age of cRapcom

You are required to do crucial qt's to advance in certain instances. You don't need to in AW. The fun is in the participation, but a few misses will just drain you of some health in the next fight sequence. Plus they give it meaning by giving the final boss his own qt's. Which adds another layer. Goodbye CZcams.

What kinda sucks is that there's no Alternate ending. if you don't extend the arm then the game will patiently wait until you press B or the Crircle button

Not necessarily. Maybe old man Kratos, but young definitely not. Don't me wrong, there are obvious similarities, but the key distinction between them is actually the focal points of their rage. Asura possesses a more righteous anger while Kratos' is very self-centered.

I know the final Chakravartan fight being stuck behind a paywall sucks, but it has perhaps the best animations and choreography of the entire game, and overall the highest production value of any one fight, so I'd say $7 is worth it.

From what I understand from the DLC, Asura wanted to get his daughter back by havy to go throuh Chakravartin's trials and he did it. He was also offered (or well forced) to become the protector of his world. But he refused.

Wysen's shield arm goes up to his shoulder in base form, to his elbow in his vajra from, and ascends to just be his entire right arm in his gongrn state.
With the exception of Augus, I’m pretty sure everyone who has stood there to take Asura’s punch has been like:

If Azura ever gets into death battle. These are the only fights that are needed to prove his skills.
This game was one of few that actually made me emotionally when you just sit down and enjoy it instead just wanting to get to beating the shit out of everything. I kinda wish you got to play more of Beserk Asura (to some degree) and see what Yasha could do with his power but I still love this game nonetheless. Now, the whole "Asura is Japanese Kratos" makes no goddamn sense to me considering the story and feats of these two totally different characters or how Kratos would even see Asura in a fight considering what Asura is not only capable of but also came back from and Kratos can't exactly compare. Anyway, I wish this game did get a remaster or a possible sequel and also, AMAZING WORK ON THE VIDEO BRO

Personality wise, GoW Kratos (1-3) and Asura are pretty similar. Kratos is just smarter. And they had to nerf Kratos in the games, the creators of GoW outright admitted it
