One shot of espresso contains about half the caffeine of a regular cup of drip brewed coffee. Go ahead - get that second shot, or third or forth and so on lol :)
That amount of caffeine isnt harmful for people. You will have to drink over 100 espresso shots before it will be. The 'dangerous' thing in coffee is the fat thats in it. In long term it can silt up blood vessels. But when you dont drink over 6 cups a day it wont happen so max. 6 cups wont hurt you :)

The new sets use a different system for identifying super rare cards. If the star at the bottom is silver, then it is ultra rare; if it's gold, it's secret rare (aka rarest of the rare).
If the number at the bottom says something like 12/10 or 94/93 than that means it is really rare, or if it is hollow/ holographic and old, you know if it's old if the HP is red the print then that's rare too
