Before you start being mad that it is not guaranteed, yes it is not guaranteed. I just happened to be so lucky to get the mount on my first try. However this still is a good guide on how to farm this mount the quickest way with a Rogue.

this is impossible to solo as a rogue at lvl 70 bis tbc
