Ver-MONT is the name of my state. Your narrator pronounces it like "VERmint", which sounds a lot like a group of small disease-spreading mammals. It's even worse than you think. It's a computer-generated voice (lots of travel videos unfortunately use them) and I wouldn't be surprised if the content was also written by AI and pared with stock images. Hardly a penny was spent on this video, but it might be raking in advertising money for its "creators."

It's a computer-generated voice. Unfortunately, a lot of travel videos use them. It's very jarring. I can't imagine it would be too expensive to hire a human to narrate. And you're right. The computer probably never visited Vermont.
