Sir how can we assume that value..... If the assumed value in exam answer key different tha we assumed value

The assumes value taken to find the length of initial sub chord (1190)should be just next round figure .
Assume this value in such a fashion that total chainage covered(1310 Meter) should be less than chainage of point T2(1313.89 Meter).
