We don't use Milk Powder. Our chef who is well known in the Old Dhaka community and many, always uses liquid milk. Even at home we use pure Milk. And our chef Hazi Fazlur Rehman uses only Saffron in Biryani. Because, saffron has it's own flavor. And yes, we also don't use aloo. Just meat, fresh masala, dry fruits & saffron.

that round samosa is actually called 'Shingara' which has potato staffing inside it. In Bangladesh samosas are also popular which are triangular shaped and contains onion and some other staffing.

This is not raita, in India its called Ghol in Calcutta it's usually served with wedding Biryani. It made with dahi black pepper zeera rock salt touch of garlic and powdered mint.
No .Ghol is a different drink. Bangladesh also has ghol

Dear Yahya Sahib awesome videography on every food item, the best part of all these food processed, based on organic style like 👍 desi chicken 🐔 thousand time better than farm chicken 🐔, Masala processed by hand, it will create better healthy taste 😋 as compare to machine and the last fish 🐟 koftay which is totally different 😋 shadi item, let me tell you one thing that we used to very long time ago in back home ( Jaipur and Hyderabad Sindh) my grandmother cooked 🍳 many times fish koftay and kabab. What you call kaju we call it kaju badam...what you call pesta we call it pesta badam.. What you call almond we call it kath badam....we call all of them badam but they have specific names..
