The arm is Arthurs arm i think
It's Arthur's arm. He was possessed by a green spirit in the cave where Louis was murdered. Mystery, the dog realized what was going on and ripped off his arm, saving Arthur in the process. I suspect whoever is possessing the arm will be revealed in the next episode.

Also, I'm beginning to see things I think I missed, or, just bypassed when watching these one at a time,. It doesn't make it simpler, in fact, it kind of highlights facets of this far reaching story! Gonna have to hold out to see if I'm heading in the right direction, or, what!? Also, does Mystery have a Dark Side, that ONLY emerges when he reaches a certain power/knowledge level!? Sure seems like it, and, all these characters SEEM to have some sort of memory loss, which may be keeping ALL of them in the dark
I'm pretty sure Mystery's dark form only happened because he got possessed by the green spirit (the green hand/the ghost that possessed Arthur.) You can see it grab his soul at the end.
*Caution! Long Post Ahead!*
I made a list of documenting similarities, missable moments, easter eggs, and cool details.
General: The title gang is an obvious homage to Scooby Doo, with the members being direct send ups.
Lewis Pepper = Fred Jones
Vivi Yukino = Velma Dinkley/ Daphne Blake
Arthur Kingsmen = Shaggy Rogers
Mystery = Scooby Doo
Lewis doesn't have that many traits taken from his Mystery Inc counterpart. It's mostly his build, ascot (Which even then he fashions like a tie in his more commonly seen ghost form) and being a boyfriend, funnily enough a debatably better one than Fred at that. Vivi is a mix of Velma's and Daphne's traits, being a book lover but also the girlfriend of the Fred stand-in Lewis. She takes the animal friendship and sandwich gag from Shaggy due to her owning the dog instead and interestingly takes the team leader position from Fred. Arthur is ironically distant from Mystery, most likely due to the whole dismemberment thing and is a car guy instead of a hungry slacker. Mystery is a dog but that's about it besides the briefly implied munchies, given that he's much more willing to hop into danger and fight back as his kitsune form if the need arises. The single file running, door chase, Vivi acting as Velma holding up the gang and the Mystery Machine esque van's tendency to break down when the plot requires are all taken from Scooby Doo but the similarities seem to end there.
Moving onto more specific details:
*Ghost-*
0:20 The Clue Mobile (my name for it) has a modified Boo from the Mario games wearing Kamina's glasses from Gurren Legann while sticking its tongue out.
1:02 Mystery Skulls running like Mystery Inc.
1:11 The priest is from the earlier live action Ghost music video, the woman is designed to resemble a human Rarity from MLP, the luchador is taken from Rythm Heaven Fever's ringside level, and the dapper man is a reference to Ace Attorney, and doubles as a callback to Ben Mangum's previous Mystery Skulls animation "Money".
1:15: Holding two characters at once.
1:20 The falling sequence maybe a reference to Alice's fall to Wonderland.
1:25 Vivi's reflection is eyeless, Arthur is missing his prosthetic arm, and Mystery doesn't have one causing the mirror to shatter.
2:22 Sandwich tower gag, Mystery is hungrier than Vivi with a taller snack. Also, for some reason Lewis put his face/skull on the fridge as a mark of ownership. He probably put it there on purpose as a treat for Vivi and Mystery. Another oddity is Mystery's lack of a reflection on the kitchen floor, unlike Vivi and the fridge.
2:30 Door gag, a straight up lift from Scooby Doo.
2:38 A framed picture of a little broken heart to the lower right foreshadows the ghost's true nature.
2:43 Arthur looks dejected, or at the very least left out as his entire gang wear cheerful smiles. In the video's beginning he was as happy as the rest.
2:47 The green cave has two "eye" holes that emulate a demonic skull.
2:53 Both signs say "???" which is the placeholder name for the green cave entity. This same scene splits them up, another clasic Scooby Doo trope.
2:58 Vivi is at the bottom of the chasm, meaning she saw Lewis get impaled.
3:12 Vivi's eyes are looking down right before they're zapped by the heart's pink energy, further indicating she got some sort of supernatural amnesia from the trauma.
3:15 There's an X Ray flash of Mystery severing Arthur's arm, around this same time we see Mystery for the first time as a kitsune with 6 tails.
3:21 For a millisecond Arthur pops his head out from behind Vivi.
*Freaking Out-*
The overt scooby doo references seem to be done away with in order for the story to be more it's own thing.
4:27 ??? is still possessing Arthur's arm. It scurries off as Shiromori surfaces.
4:34 The cave has the ghost mansion's wallpaper. Implying that that's where portions of "Ghost" physically took place, as it was all spectral illusions.
5:29 Shiromori detects the whole gang from Lewis's heart locket, foreshadowing The Future's reveal that it was a group photo he changed to just him and Vivi.
5:34 Vivi's eyes are pink before returning to their default blue.
5:55 Shiromori's arm gets set on fire by Lewis spontaneous resurrection, which is why it was brittle.
6:46 Rooster's truck passes the Clue Mobile.
6:49 Arthur's map shows ghost sightings, search spots for Lewis, where they encountered the "Mansion Ghost" and indicates that they're heading to Lance's shop.
6:57 Vivi's eyes glow as Lewis's picture seems to disappear.
7:22 Lewis unconjures a small table with a cup of coffee, referencing an image Ben posted. This is also the first appearance of Surprised Dead-Beat and Sad Dead-Beat, although an angry Dead-Beat impersonates him at first.
7:39 The truck driver has a little chicken hidden under his hat, they're named Rooster (trucker) and Lil' Sunny (the chicken)
7:45 Lewis's ghost truck has Pepper ornaments, an allusion to his last name.
*Hellbent-*
7:57 There's a microscopic bug with Arthur's color scheme right under his creeper.
8:33 Arthur's keychain is the logo of his family's business.
9:53 The headlights cut through the smoke. A nice bit of immersive animation.
9:58 Vivi gets knocked out by the same bat she'll later use as a weapon against Shiromori.
10:09 The ghost truck's grill and headlights form an angry face. His license plate appropriately reads "HELLBENT"
10:10 Surprised and Sad are back.
10:32 Shiromori's shears change expressions and it looks angrily at Mystery.
10:48 The rim scraping is not an added sound. It's actually part of the song. Awesome integration.
10:52 You can see the truck's headlights shine on Shiromori right before Lewis unintentionally flattens her. That just good attention to detail.
11:01 Mystery quickly crawls to the back of the van to protect Vivi.
11:02 Lance has what looks like shelling for an arm prosthetic on his desk, implying the one Arthur has was made by him.
11:11 Another case of a music sound being excellently used by the animation.
11:13 starts a montage of images for the two supernatural characters. Lewis gets ones that show Arthur looking forlorn at his and Vivi's relationship and the moment Lewis found himself dead. Shiromori's images show Mystery nursing a flower (implied to be her) with his own blood, making it grow into a lush tree. He guards the tree until he comes into conflict with Mushi Yukino, Vivi's ancient warrior ancestor.
11:34 Shiromori's shears share her expressions. Ps. Lots of words starting with sh in that sentence.
11:36 Maybe a flashback. Mushi and Mystery became friends and the reminder reopens old wounds making for an embarrassed and enraged Shiromori.
11:46: Vivi has a reflection throughout the scene. Just another cool detail.
12:09 Sad Dead-Beat looks at Arthur with a happy Dead-Beat in the upper right corner.
12:12 The sign now reads "!!!" Instead of "???"
*The Future-*
13:21 Lance shoots Lewis right where his heart was. Which only serves to make him angrier.
13:30 Vivi's bat has japanese writing on it. The abridged translation is about protecting family and/or lineage.
13:46 The shears poke Vivi's sweater right when Shiromori pulls back due to Mystery drawing his own blood to distract her, saving Vivi at the VERY last possible millisecond.
15:11 Arthur is carrying his uncle to safety, just to show the audience that he's gonna be fine
16:01 Something inside Mystery starts spilling the primary colors of everyone he knows. Notice the green was already going
16:03 Mystery's silhouette grows an eighth tail.
16:20 Shiromori is crying after seemingly killing the guy who gave her life.
16:28 Shiromori's fingernails were actually flower pedals.
16:32 leaking white liquid is added and another tail grows, making it 9 by my count.
17:03 Vivi has stars in her eyes when reuniting with her dead boyfriend, most definitely recognizing him instantly.
18:10 Arthur's colored tongue and extremely exaggerated reaction maybe a reference to Ed, Edd, N Eddy's brand of slapstick. Also VIVI SAID A BAD WORD!!!

@@mathi4s896 Pues bro la historia va de unos casa Misterio al estilo de Scooby Doo que sus vidas estas entre lanzadas ya que ellos son reencarnaciónes en especial la de cabello celeste y su compañero mascota que es como un lobo y en cada canción se muestra un fragmento de la historia El de cabello Naranja que se parece a Shagi dejó caer de una gran altura a su amigo en una de sus aventuras mientras estaba poseído por algo lo arroja causando que muriera y regresó de la muerte como un Skull, pero el destino los reúne de nuevo a pesar de todo los capítulos salen cada cierto tiempo La serie se llama Mistery Skull
