Dakota Star's music is something that will make mid 2000's so radical and unique at the same time. Especially "Call Me Now" and "Regret"..

To be honest, there are an overwhelming number of songs that were made for very specific purposes. It's often the composer's right to release it or not.
Just picked up TXRD2 a month ago and am playing on an emulator. This game has to easily be one of my most favorite racing games of all time. It’s just so much fun. Especially after having watched all of Inital D lol

"feel in yourself" and "feel in your soul" - I think it's without "in"
"Let go when" - It's "Echoing"
These two lines make more sense with echoing as the whispered words just before the chorus

I like how in the games Intro Jintei is clearly shown driving an R34 behind Dream Fiend’s NA2 and Stealheart’s Supra or as he’s called in this game Heartbreaker for some reason yet when you race him in Hokkaido he’s in a Subie. Even tho i believe it was canonically explained that before ITC Jintei wrecked his R34.

Damn I knew this game one of the best intros of all racing games but dang Dakota Star’s singing especially at the part when Dreamy Ghost’s NSX of the thirteen Devils don’t know his name in this game or is Dreamy Ghost a Female in this game and I think a Random Purple S15 start racing on one of the Mountains in the game sent massive chills down my spine. Dakota went in on her voice Slay them Vocal Chords Girl Slay ‘em
P'sure Dreamy Ghost was always male. Though I think Shadow Eyes (purple A70 Supra) has been both male and female depending on the game.
If Dakota Star came back for Coachella I would buy tix immediately.
