I had an irmscher GTE hatch with the same steering wheel as you have. I always thought it was much more sports car like than the standard wheel. Love the car and the video. 0 to 60 times varied between 8.5 to 9 seconds in road tests
The Manta is now off the road for winter time but next year I’ll see about making the 0 - 60 time video and see where she is regarding the 8.5 - 9 seconds.
You have a beautiful car ❤, I'm so jealous! Can you still get the wheel arch liners for these? When I bought mine in 93 the previous owner sourced some from a place in Scotland. I always found they stopped a lot of dirt going into the turrets.
Hi Pete F, I did try to buy genuine OEM used liners from a lad in the club but he decided against selling, these are rare items and I’ve never seen another set for sale. What I have been able to source and fit is a genuine steel drip tray for under the engine, keeps the engine bay that bit cleaner and you can’t see your feet when looking into the engine bay. 👍
Cracking overview and cars looking great👍🏻
Had one of these when I was 22 in 96 had the morette headlights conversion still love these cars👌
