  • Welcome to part 8 of the "Getting Started with Dolby Atmos in Logic Pro" series here on WLPR! Throughout this series I've been sharing what I learn to help you grow into this new immersive world of ‪@Dolby‬ Atmos in Logic Pro 🔊
In part 8, let's figure out what the heck the LFE is actually for. Plus, I'll show you how to route audio to the LFE with the various channel strip and panner types, and more.
Reminder - to accurately listen to all audio examples in today's video, headphones are REQUIRED. Do NOT listen on speakers!
Also - this 10-part series is sponsored by ‪@ikmultimedia‬! IK was kind enough to loan me the awesome iLoud Immersive bundle specifically for this series.

This may be a noob question, but how is the LFE passing all of the information without a low-pass to the reverb LFE channel, but is still low-passed going to the renderer on the main output? I'm guessing the renderer is the one doing the low-pass, not the panner?
