i always feel bad about countries like Nigeria because they have so much potential...our pension fund wanted to buy commerical land and build malls in Nigeria but land ownership was a nightmare....first local politicians, then chiefs and later even ordinary people from diaspora claimed the land. foreign investors beware of Nigeria
That's because the project was managed poorly-I think. Most times a lot of stakeholders are not considered when embarking on such projects like this. Also thorough research is needed especially for landmark!
@@ejirowealth4649 Africa needs to work on laws that promote business...i have never met someone who doesnt want to invest in Nigeria but small nations like ours cant back lost investments with military/sanctions like china,us,eu etc. its a pity
