  • No brew today, so instead we have a nice walk then a drive to Retford to meet some brewing legends and have a bit of a do! Back at the brewery, some work on the prototype cask washer.

Love it. In my experience, drinking & brewing are dangerous, & lead to problems. But it is the only way I know works. I get a few snags, but beer does materialise.

Love the way brewing creates creativity. Top notch on the Impromptu wort heater. Enjoying seeing how this pans out. Your a good lad Andy. Good with the future mate

So good, definitely jealous I didn't make the pilgrimage this time. Maybe next!

Twas yet another memorable Brew Shed visit. Well, when I say memorable I'm guessing for some it may be a bit of a blur...
Who made those two 5L minikegs of the pale with Mosaic fermented with the Kveik? That took me a little by surprise, wish I'd had a bit more...

I don’t exactly remember but I can narrow it down to either Michael Hall or John Campbell. Cheers.

I'm with you on the hangover Andy...great to meet everyone yesterday and we were blessed with lovely weather as well, plus the food and drink was rather nice, as was the company, a very enjoyable day...

How many litres of beer do you aim to brew per brew day?

Hi, we should get 7 x 41 litre casks or 9 x 30L kegs each brew. Cheers
