absolutely incredible statue. i like how the scarecrow character provides this wonderful opportunity for various 'horror' elements.
The exclusive Scarecrow portrait looks like he has possessed Jack Skellington from Nightmare Before Christmas.
Another aspect of this piece, his SHADOW. Hit him with some light from the bottom/front and check out the nightmarish shadow he casts.👍

Dope music! Really sets the atmosphere for the statue/review! Scarecrow looks legit creepy AF: so skinny and the discoloration of his skin is skin-crawling. The collector's portrait definitely adds to the creepy factor. The smoke is such a nice addition. I think this would have been an awesome statue even with out Jason Todd being there, but with JT's addition really puts this statue as a MUST HAVE. Great vid, Gem!
Now this is a sick statue in more ways than one with that creepy base, and in my opinion I feel that scarecrow is a very underrated batman villain, to use fear as a weapon is very cool and crazy at the same time.

I actually don't like creepy things but that's kind of scarecrows whole deal, and they nailed it. I actually like this piece. I feel like for the exclusive they should've had him holding a cannister of his fear toxin because that's kind of his thing, but still this is a pretty impressive piece.
I wish they'd go back to the actual art boxes like they did for the ARTGERM pieces.
The exclusive portrait would also be better if they kept the hair.
That base makes this piece... awesome.
The whacky proportions on this statue is awesome. Love the long lanky legs and the shorter more focused (?) arms. Not sure what I’m trying to say about the arms. But I think it’s a cool touch
I'd love to see a scarecrow statue mixed in with a dash of a grim reaper vibe as he holds a long Scythe and a lantern emitting his gas. Also, he needs more love in batman comics along with Ivy.

Best Sideshow piece I've seen in a while ! And I love Sideshow ! This is the statue that has made me take a break from Star Wars , and has gotten me into DC ! It looks fantastic ! After dragging my feet on this guy , I missed preordering both the EX and the Collector's edition. Jumped on both waitlists. Found a preorder available at a Canadian online shop. Ordered it only to have my order canceled a week later saying it was actually already sold out. Then my waitlist converted and I preordered it , but it says it won't be here till the middle of next year. And finally , I found another one in stock online at another retailer. Ordered it and it shipped today ! What a cluster , but I can see that it's gonna be worth all the hassle. Now I have a Harley Quinn on her way from Ebay , and five other PF's on preorder with Sideshow. Down the DC rabbit hole I go !
I don't like Scarecrow, but this statue is really peace of art.

incredible man. Scarecrow is my favourite villain from the entire of DC COMICS. you broke my heart with this one lol omega red had me in tears but this one is a stab in the heart lol

Agreed, that base is awesome, and his hands are crazy. Both portraits look great, but I actually think I prefer the 2nd. Since the statue is so dark, that pop of bright orange does a lot.

I think this is one of my favorite rogues so far. Sculpt is on point all around. It's almost a two for one with Jason Todd. This is one I might try to jump on if I still can get on that waiting list.

I think the theme is Batman might be getting the effects of the fear toxin from Scarecrow and he (Batman) sees what he feared ..haunted by a fallen robin (Jason Todd)..Also i like the head switch with the glowing kinda pumpkin head..it completes the vision that what Batman might see the Scarecrow if his been affected by the fear gas....

I think Scarecrow is a great villain when handled by a great writer. I didn't know he was that old ! That he was from the Silver Age.

I have to admit that this piece is growing on me, especially with the EX portrait. It reminds me how cool the SSC Gotham Nightmare line could've been if it was allowed to continue. It's unfortunate that line wasn't able to really take off with collectors.
A minor character only because overuse would hurt his value. This one is great , love the creepiness. The Robin and the "fire" head make it scary. Definitely not for small children. I did not realize he was created in 1941. That was Interesting.
Such an amazing job by Sideshow. Both portraits are cool but I like the exclusive a bit more.

Awesome piece, I was bummed out when I missed the opportunity to get the exclusive, and then saw the Collector’s edition go to waitlist also. However, I’m curious on how the Collector’s edition is no longer waitlisted and now available for preorder. I’ve seen a few statues do that lately, are they adding a larger edition size??
