Bought my first IP in December. Up until now I’ve been experimenting with baked potatoes, cooked carrots, hard cooked eggs, etc. This is the first true recipe I’ve made - absolutely delicious, your instructions are excellent, and I thoroughly enjoy your channel and your daily emails. Thanks!

Smash and Grind all of your broken Lasagna and jumbo shells that you didn't throw away! VOILA! Orzo!

    Karen Peterson,
Wonderful recipe, like all of yours! I use the Instant Pot far more often as a result of your CZcams site. Side note: I'd be lying if I did not say you "ain't too tough on the eyes" either.

I just made Porcupine Meatballs in the IP My M-I-L's recipe was to bake in the oven for 1 1/2 hours but I found an old recipe in the BH&G cookbook from the 50's and it was for a pressure cooker, so I tried it and they turned out great! I'll be making them more often now.

I love making meatballs. And mine come out phenomenal. But switching out bread crumbs for orzo sounds like a fun & delicious alternative. I'm going to give them a try.

A quick tip with the better than bullion; if you make the water for the pot warm, then use your measuring spoon to "stir" in the BTB before you pour it into the pot, it will come off your measuring spoon really easily and cleanly so you don't have to scoop it out.

Absolutely amazing! I have your cookbook and love it! I have the kindle version but have to order the actual book so I can write down my notes. I am making a "clean it the veggie bin" soup and these will be awesome with the ground turkey I need to use! Making right now!!!

I am so excited to try this recipe, but without the cheese (I have recently had to go dairy free because my breastfeeding baby has a dairy intolerance)! Every recipe I have ever tried of yours has been amazing and my extremely picky husband has loved them all too!

Looks great. I am sure it would taste great as well. I don't mean to act like a nosy person to be honest, I have enjoyed many of your videos and recipes. I could suggest mixing ground beef with with cracked wheat (bulgur) instead of orzo, the texture will feel better when you take a bite out of the meatballs. Orzos are also very nice when mixed in rice, especially after browning a little in clarified butter.

Can we either do 5 pounds of hamburger to make more at once, or make multiple batches ahead of schedule and reheat in a slow cooker all together? Need to make meatballs for family Thanksgiving

Are most of your videos done using a 6qt? Because I have a 3 qt. So can I assume the same time that you use for my 3qt.? New subscriber and instant pot owner, I don't want to keep asking for all your videos.

Old lady tip. Don't throw away those Clasico and Pioneer Woman sauce jars because they are Mason jars like your grandma used for preserving food.

Since a LOT of 'em are 6qt, I'd guess that's prob what they are in the book.... Good thing tho, is yours being a 3qt, would be super convenient/easy, to just cut everything in half across the board. :) Enjoy! Stay safe & be well.

Leave out the salt!!! Ended up too salty (and I like salt). There is plenty of sodium in the W sauce. I think next time I make this I will use one jar of pasta sauce and once jar of salsa.
