Princess Leonor along with Kings Presides Over Congress Opening Ceremony

- Their Majesties the King and Queen and Her Royal Highness the Princess of Asturias were received on their arrival at the Congress of Deputies by the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, and by the Chief of Defence Staff, Teodoro Esteban López Calderón. Military honours were paid in the Carrera de San Jerónimo and His Majesty the King reviewed the troops. Subsequently, on the steps of the Palacio de la Carrera de San Jerónimo, they were greeted by the president of the Congress of Deputies, Francina Armengol, the president of the Senate, Pedro Rollán, and the members of the Tables of the Lower House and the Upper House.
The Battalion of Honours, which was made up of a squad of spenders, a Music Unit, and four companies from the Army, Air Force, Navy and Civil Guard, was in charge of paying honours to Their Majesties the King and Queen of Spain.
Subsequently, King Felipe, Queen Letizia and the Princess of Asturias, also accompanied by the President of the Congress and the President of the Senate, entered the Congress of Deputies through the Lions' Gate, which is only opened on the occasion of solemn sessions such as this one, and entered the Chamber through the staircase of the Agenda Gallery. which gives access to the presidential rostrum. The exercise of the powers conferred on the Chambers is a high honour for all honourable Members. An honour that also entails the obligation to carry out the constitutional functions entrusted to it, always seeking the common good of all Spaniards.
This is, unequivocally, the return due to the trust granted by the citizens" after which she declared the XV Constitutional Legislature open while the president of the Congress of Deputies adjourned the session.
At the end of the opening session, Their Majesties the King and Queen and Her Royal Highness the Princess of Asturias went to the Conference Hall where they greeted the authorities and attendees at the event. After the greetings, they witnessed, accompanied by the authorities, a military parade of the Armed Forces Group and the Civil Guard.
The XV Legislature began with the holding of the constituent session on August 17, 2023. The Solemn Opening of the Legislature takes place once the Congress of Deputies has approved the investiture of the President of the Government, which took place on 16 November, and the members of the Executive who took the oath of office before His Majesty the King on 21 November 2023.

Глубоко изучая историю Российской империи и мировой, я понимаю всю трагичность распадв или дробления государств! Такое дробление ослобляло государство и приносило раздоры и войны. Ибо всегда найдется сосед, который с завистью глядит на ваш огород! Я не стороник распада Испании, как и не был стороником раздела Чехословакии, Югославии, да и др.государств!
Но есть государства которым обьединение не идет на пользу, это Германия! Как только немецкие земли обьединяются в одно государство, в немцах просыпается национализм и нацизм. Достаточно вспомнить как ФРГ после вывода СССР своих войск из ГДР "поглатила" ГДР и затем стала поглащать все страны бывшего Варшавского договора, приближаясь к границам России! Россия ни когда не претендовала на чужие территории, но и своих не отдаст! И я понимаю и короля Испании и правительство которое радеет за целостность Испанского государства! Наверное это правильно, но для этого надо ращговаривать, обьяснять Католонцам пагубность раскола и главное найти путь решения. Это может быть федерализация Испании или создание наместника, но путь разрешения всегда можно найти при диалоге и желании найти компромис!
И от души желаю испанскому народу, сохранить государственную целостность, исторические и культурные ценности всех народов Испании!
