First of, it's not his raw voice - Reverb, echo, and quite strong compression.
Second of, he's scale's not that big. He has like 2 octaves of chest voice, and some more on head register. Most people with a half-year training could achive that scale quite easily.
KACARE and his screaming you genius? He has an insane range for a man. And tell me a method to train this fucking rasp, agility and cracks his voice has.

Omg I had no idea that Jared Leto was a singer too, I met him as an actor, I have been listening to this band for days now, I love theirs songs especially the older ones, Jared vocals are AMAZING! He truly is a great musician you can really see his passion for music when he sings also the way he interacts and engages with the audience on their concerts is fenomenal, I really hope they continue to crate and release music because I can get enough of them, now going to a 30 seconds to Mars is on my bucket list

If you notice, he keeps sunglasses on in a lot of these stripped down acoustic performances because if we were to look directing in his eyes while he sings them... ovaries would start exploding simultaneously. He's just too much. You almost need to look at the guy threw a hole in a piece of paper.
