If you have recoil control issues, it's not a problem with sensitivity but recoil control being messed up. Me and CZcamsr WOIF have that issue far before global launch. In my case, recoil on M4A1 because significantly higher one day several months before global launch. It started to be stronger and stronger and then weakened for a day and then became stronger, than weaker until I was completely unable to control the recoil (not because it was too high but because it glitched on a way that makes recoil control impossible. In the same time,SCAR and AK-47, weapons which have so high difference in recoil that you need separate sensitivity,had the same recoil (SCAR's recoil became higher). In season 4 or whichever season started slightly before global launch, recoil on M4A1 got fixed, but came back into being uncontrollable as soon as I exited the game. On global launch, recoil on every weapon apart from M4A1 got fixed. I have several accounts and on only one I can control the recoil of M4A1 with 6X scope, but it's still not accurate enough to kill someone on over 200 meters.
P.S. Aim assist got significantly weaker in whichever game I played at the same time when recoil got messed up. I did mentioned both issues to developers several times.
P.P.S. i saw some people who had experience with NetEase games saying that NetEase don't care about such issues.
