I'm playing this piece at an upcoming concert and I love it so much! I'm definitely excited to play it and this is the video we were recommended to watch, which I always revisit it. The soloists' communication and playing are amazing and the orchestra is fantastic!
I've loved this suite ever since I first played it in high school ten years ago. I know it's written for students, but it's a pity that there aren't any professional recordings around. I'd love to hear a group like the Australian Chamber Orchestra have a go at it - it's not trivially easy, and there are many opportunities to have a bit of fun with it.
