1st case sounds like rich people being cheap. They expect the impossible & then don't want to pay for it. It also sounds like the mom was jealous that the kids had a close relationship with the nanny. Of course a 3 & 4 year old would want to sleep in her bed. She's the only person that's raising them.
I am so thankful I got to stay home and raise and enjoy watching my children grow. I couldn’t image hiring somebody else to raise my kids.
I feel so much for her kids.. why have kids if your not going to spend time with them?
That's mothers before the 1980s. Societal pressure to have kids even if you don't want them. A women is seen as a freak of nature if she doesn't have kids regardless of circumstances.

The 1st case...Parents shouldn't have kids if they can't be there as a functioning PARENT...

Nah, Even though it was in the contract that they had to give her 2 weeks to terminate her and everything. I would still not give her the money for that termination fee for the fact of you are sleeping in my bed with my children. And I don't care who you are. And if I didn't authorize that then it is a no. No, also put in my clothes. They can not. That's okay, that's an automated dismissal like. I don't care if we have a contract or anything. You broke your contract when you start doing certain things like that and I don't understand how the judge don't see it or would not. But this is one thing I could actually be like. I don't agree with this judge. You know, I'm trying to be nice. I'm not trying to curse as much, but you know I want to call her out. Her name for that ruling and what not, but I won't

The “wearing my clothes” comment is hearsay. Unconfirmed info that the plaintiff didn’t get a chance to confirm or deny
Maybe the kids are lonely because they have absent parents and need to sleep near their carer.
She didn't sleep in their bed...The kids slept in her quarters...They are babies...Parents should be oresent to provide a sense of security and affection for children...Clearly you would have gotten sued had you been the parent...They're rich, cheap and not responsible...
