Love my Roland and especially the fact that it is made for the Roland V lineup of accordions they mesh together flawlessly

Another excellent video! I was near to purchasing a new sd90, but instead bought a 2nd hand bk7m,.. there is gentle, subtle clarity to the Roland, Ketron has not managed to replicate this. I couldn't have summed it up better than your closing comment to Roland, "give me all of the bk7m with the features/interface of the Ketron" 100% correct

I had a bk-7m module. He sounded great. However, the big problem is the lack of a style composer and the lack of a sampler... If Roland improved this, it would be number one!

Can I use the bk7 with my Yamaha yc88 as accompaniment, using sounds from yc and have bk7 follow my playing with whatever accompaniment sounds I want to use?

EXCELLENT VIDEO, very important comparison, THANK YOU. Roland BK7 (490 euros used) - Ketron Event X (3,920 euros used) - but who is that idiot who spends 8 times more to have a quality that is only 20% better? Maybe a miserable amateur who listens with woofers less than 18" and total power less than 1000 watts.

Actually the arranger technology reached it's maximum many decades ago. What the new arrangers today offer, is only a little make up on top of this. I bought a second hand Roland RA95 arranger from 1995 and it's arrangements sound even better than bk7-m.

There will be a new generation of arrangers based on Artificial Intelligence - and likely this will be introduced within 24 months. All these arrangers today are very expensive! But I have a BK7M and it does just great for my practice needs and also for my needs to use a way to compose ideas beyond using a boring click-metronome. Arrangers have their place in a setup.

I have had a Roland fr7X and also a Roland BK7M accordion for a long time now and everything works great together.
Then I bought a KETRON SD90 a couple of years ago and I still can’t get the ROLAND accordion and KETRON SD90 to work together perfectly.
Now KETRON EVENT is on sale and I’m afraid to buy it so that I’ll have to suffer with it again too.
Of course I don’t know everything, I’m not a big expert.
If anyone can help, please send me details on how I can set up Roland and KETRON to work together without any hiccups, especially the bass side.
If anyone has or has previously owned a ROLAND and ROLAND BK7M accordion, then he will understand what we are talking about
    Thanks a lot!!!!

Hello - one more thing, dear Tiho, I really appreciate your knowledge and I will ask about the bk7m because I wonder what class the module is, compared to eA7 or bk9, or maybe E80? Where is the truth? If you find some time, please answer me.
    Thank you in advance
    Regards Rafal

I have no experience with eA7 or bk9, but I know E80 and G70 and BK7 is quite similar to these keyboards. it has the same rhythms and sounds almost the same. imak G70 or E80 sound more specific, cleaner and defined. The sound of the bK7 is quite close to these two keyboards. As for options, G70 and E80 have more options than bk7.

Dear Sir, could you teach me how to make a backup of my performances at Roland bK-7 m ? Thanks in advance.

You can save the performance list on a USB and then copy it from the USB to the computer.
