    Thank you made isomalt diamonds but bubbles appeared while in the mould. After watching your video now know how to make them sparkle.🤗

      You can use boiled sugar, but isomalt is much clearer, stronger, and most importantly more stable and will last much longer, even in humidity!

    I just ordered two bags of this from your website. I previously used the CK isomalt crystals and it did not work out. They did not harden completely and ended up melting on my cake. I hope this one works better.

      Isomalt is very sensitive to humidity it’s always adviced to place isomalt decorations a few hours (minutes if you can) before delivering
