I had breast augmentation in 2022 with Dr. K in NYC, SHE IS AMAZING!!!! i have absolutely no regrets. I let her choose the size and placement of my implants. Dr. K placed them over the muscles. They look and feel so natural
My doctor also suggest over the muscle subfascial
I got over the muscle I’m doing great. Recovery was fast and painless. I went back to work the following day after surgery
Still love them? Cant see ripples?
do they look good so far ?
I did sub fascia through the aureola with medium profile implants (255cc on the left and 220 cc on the right to correct asymmetry). I am 3.5 post op and so far no pain and really smooth recovery. I went from a 70B to a 70D and I’d say I am quite skinny (1m74cm and 54Kg) and so far I see no rippling. Looks quite natural. I hope this helps those looking to get a similar procedure. ❤
Great information. Thank you
This is very well explained. Thank you doc.
Thank you so much for this Dr. very informative and has helped a lot as I am tossing between the two
Extremely informative and helpful. Thank you so much doctor.
Many many Thanks
Thanks!!
Thank you.
I’m going over the muscle, as I’ve worked out for 30 years and I’m nit will to touch my hard work. I’m just hoping they can’t move around in there !!!
Over the muscles is safer
So you are saying that a thin woman with smaller breasts would not benefit from a subfascial approach? (I thought that would help prevent seeing rippling and aesthetically.. in comparison to subglandular.. or do they give you they same look)
Music too loud
Bella Roccisano 😂😂😂 true!!!
No it’s not
I currently have under the muscle/ dual plane ( got them eleven years ago) not with this doctor, it was with another doctor. Every time I move my chest, the muscles essentially flex as does my implants with them, It’s problematic for me. I thought the muscles would weaken over time, if anything, I’d say my chest muscles have somehow become stronger over time and it’s more obvious. I’m considering doing over the muscle next time. Is subglandular and over the muscle, essentially the same thing?
Subglandular and over the muscle is same thing
My surgeon said he won't do it over the muscle.
hey any updates? did you end up going under the muscle?
@@AJYouRockProductions yes, it turned out beautifully.
