This video is a perfect start! Grab any supplies that you have, open your book and let's paint and chat about what regular art journaling practice can bring into our lives.

This is a real time art journaling recording. It's best if you can out it on and paint with me at the same time. I talk a lot about what this art practice means to me, so if you would rather be left in peace, mute me and put some relaxing tunes on :)

Loved artjournaling with you. It was very "gezellig" (it's dutch). Really loved the idea of using a family photo is well as I'm very much into Genealogy.

Hello, Kasia! I came across your channel today when looking for art journaling without a plan, and saw your intuitive art journaling. I watched the whole video while working on a new art journal that I make. I make my own journals, because I love them to be personal and unique. And, as I was saying, I so much related to the way you do art journaling. I see people talk about colours, and patterns, and textures that go with this and go with that, and that’s fine, I admire those artists, but I was looking for something loose, intuitive, free, and I felt so happy to have subscribed your channel. I visited your beautiful Poland in 1998 and I loved it. Love from Portugal ❤️💙🖤💛💚🧡♥️💜💗
Thank you very much, I feel inspired , I try to do my regulary art journaling, I also did the one with the daily emotions a while ago and this is a very good way for me, to let feelings come and go, find inner peace! I like your process videos!

I have been art journalling for a while, but your inspiration led me to just gluing pictures of fruits and vegetables torn from supermarket flyers in my journal, then grabbing strips of envelopes and adding them in. I also grabbed my blue acrylic (there is no blue food!) to make marks! I had so much fun. Thank you so much for such a fine example of being free with creating.
I loved this process so much! It helped me to remember to RELAX about creating art. It reminds me why I do it, why I need to do it. Please continue to post your process as you go, it is so inspiring :)
