Wow!! That's lots of rice! In my country Philippines a cup of rice costs P10 (about 15 rupees). in your rervings which i think is about 2 - 2 1/2 cups of rice per plate that will cost P20 (30 rupees) just for the rice alone.

I noticed something in India the plates are loaded with rice and some customers don't like a lot of curry. They just take enough just to add flavor to the rice. They are content with serving they pay for.
