@@220avgyou should use a lead downrigger weight for the next bowling ball you make. You can get a 50 pound cannonball weight that will fit in a bowling ball. A 5 inch steel chrome ball is another viable option, around 20 pounds average, and 2 could theoretically fit in a bowling ball

I’m almost 68 and just started bowling again after a gap of 35+ years due to injury and I’m loving it. I bought a couple new balls and my 155 starting average has gone up to about 167 this season. Ten days ago while practicing, I threw a new personal best score of 280, with the only spare being in the second frame and started the next game with two strikes, for a total of twelve strikes in a row, so I’m really excited that I might get a 300 game sometime in the near future. Loving my new Harsh Reality and Hammer Black Widow 3.0 balls.
Congratulations. I’ve been expecting you to bowl a perfect game for a long time. Your release is beautiful. You only have an issue when you come in behind the head pin. Mr. 220 average needs to lower his backswing just a bit. Seems to throw off his timing. He doesn’t really seem to take league night very seriously anyway. Joey seems like a newer bowler that needs more practice. He misses his spot a lot but he’ll get better. I bowled for 35 years before my back and knees got to bad. I enjoy watching your videos. It reminds me of my bowling days. Thanks for doing them. Wish you and your family well. I’d like to see you take a PBA event next.
I think I know what 220 is planning. He is going to climb a radio tower with a bowling ball in a backpack and drill the ball with a chainsaw.

Yeah, he went crazy with his swing lol. And with the timing being so off, he can’t create power.

First: This is the 2nd video of Forrest shooting perfection on CZcams I’ve seen (the first one was from a very long time ago when he was younger and had a higher backswing; some idiot troll talked trash about how he plays tournament shots as if they were house shots, and Forrest let them have it).
Second: Good to see Mike back, but he definitely needs to lower his swing; it gets so steep that he has to pull it at the release (I know because this is something that I’m working on myself; the tip that I was given to avoid tugging at the follow through is to wait on it at the top of the swing).
Good bowling, you guys, especially Forrest.

AWESOME bowling !!! .. my game has gone to total crap. I had the worst night of my life on Friday night. But, am working on some things to improve my swing, timing and release. It is coming around but slowly. I know what I am working on is going to work in the long run, it's just getting there is a little bit frustrating. Didn't do too badly last night in league, things are improving. Looking forward to this week as I solidify the things I have been working on. Trying to get close to that butter smooth "Forrest Bowling Style" 😁

Funny enough I had a 248 before my 300 game as well but not a 279 after, a downfall 170 🤣 . Still got my ring for it, all that mattered. now I am trying for 800 series. Closest I am right now is 787, 279 251 257. That was bowled in league and I am just ready to bowl it *800*! Congrats on your 300 and to the man that bowled 298! Can't wait for a new league video next week = )

Great bowling brother……300-827……that’s one thing I never did in my career unfortunately was to shoot 800…..I have 11 300’s….I believe 800 is definitely harder to shoot then 300….my last night of league before I had to stop my bowling career due to a bad back I needed a strike on my last shot for 300-800, would of been my first and last 800 and I left a stone 10 pin for 299-799….That one hurt and I unfortunately will always haunt me….but definitely proud of you brother, keep it up through the upcoming regionals!!!!
