I've been through Seymour Narrows. Like any sane person, we timed it for slack water, and we did it in a 50' motor trawler. But had I been doing it in a sailboat, I'd be tempted to play the eddy currents to the max... although the rocks look very sharp and hard on the edges. Not a good place to lose control. For those brave tacticians, are you playing the corners and using the back eddy's or just straight up the middle as the tacks fall? AND, can you just wait for the favorable flood to carry you through?
