This put me to sleep within minutes. My head wasn’t feeling well last night and most of the times I try to do a reiki session because it helps relieve the pain. After letting this play for about 10 minutes my gf told me I was OUT and snoring lol. Thank you!!

My only question, is there a way to kinda quiet the music a little but still hear all the asmr sounds?
Yes! So I didn’t t realize the light machine in the background was making a ticking noise. It was picked up in this recording and I made the music a tiny bit louder than normal to try to cover it up. (You can still hear it) Haha so anyways in the future I’ll be a bit more mindful about sounds in the room so I can make the music quieter.
