Wheel toe is the left/right alignment of your wheel. So when you look at the front of your car and its wheels, toe in would look like your tires, in a neutral position they would be pointing inward like an arrow instead of straight forward like typical cars alignments. Toe out would be your tires making more of a Y shape. When you look at it from the front the wheels make the U shape of the Y and your driveshaft would be the lateral line.
Toe in helps to make your car snap out of a drift more and toe out helps to hold wide angles longer. Hope that helps

wheel toe simply explained is when you looking directly at the wheel you turn instead of angled like camber it turns too the left or right for less tire wear
