Beautiful job. You’ll find that if you peel back your transfer tape at a 45 degree angle you’ll have an easier time. It’ll probably still stick a lot but there will be an improvement.

what is your size for the sign such as length and width
Have you ever had any trouble with the modge podge peeling off with the stencil and ripping up the painted words? That is happening to me when I lift up my vinyl to reveal the finished product. Help!

How is this a "Shiplap" sign if you didn't make it out of shiplap wood? Shouldn't your title be called "How to Make a Faux Shiplap Wood Sign? It's a misleading title.
