Love how you explained the semantic nuances. Also that nail color is pretty on you.

I’m the same I don’t shuffle with reversals but if it lands reversed I’ll read it as such

Yeah I feel like if they manage to get themselves reversed then I need to pay closer attention. 😆

Hmmm, I liked how this book focused on 4 examples. I have to agree it would be a good book to have near your reading space.
I have Mary Greer's book of Tarot Reversals. Which is a very indepth into her methods, and various uses of reversals. I feel Upside down tarot has really simplified and is therefore not so overwhelming, of the many choices in reading reversals. Which is not a bad thing at all.
Greer's book gives 12 in depth ways to read reversals, and even gives other suggestions. So one example is the energy of the card in reversal, just like upside-down tarot talks of.
I have tended to go with inhibited, balanced and excessive energy, however absent, early and late is very accessible as well. I will have to note it down.
I liked how you mentioned about our own personal language that we use in readings.
I'm like you I turn upside down cards the right way up. It draws my attention to much. I do not shuffle in cards reversals, but will read them though.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I wont be buying, only because I am happy with the Greer book.

Sounds like you have an encyclopedia of tarot reversals already on your shelves 😉.

Excellent review. I have this book and have read, and I still enjoyed your walk-through ❤

Thanks. I think like you, even if I am not reading reversals (I flip flop :-) I always have an awareness of the "shadow" and incorporate that info IF it feels right, but I am intrigued by the book's author's approach. Ill probably buy it

Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts 💖 This one could be nice to just have around I think. Especially since it doesn’t take up much space.

I also find that I flip-flop between reading reversals or not, but I’ve been wanting to incorporate them more into my readings. I just may buy this book.
