I have a 2020 Scout. Honestly it can do anything. Touring and back roads. Once you change out the crappy stock seat and put a mustang on it changes the game big time!
I have the 2022 Scout Classic, love the bike ! Simple easy to ride, great on touring,urban riding etc…

Like the fenders and how this machine can only be one thing: Namely an Indian Motorcycle. This one With red Classic paint.. and the nice curves. The Indian Motorcycle Scout Classic is a piece of jewelry. Again, I am struck by the quality of the new Scout series. Wow! I want one! In Red - And I want it SLAMMED (Scout Bobber suspension)

I have a 2019 Scout classic. Love the bike, I put Crusher tailpipes on it and some leather saddlebags and matching seat.

I prefer the older gauge too.
You cant give opinions based off of a demo bike honestly, you say its not great for touring or commuting, then minutes later in the video you say it is...its a motorcycle its great for everything it depends on how you have it setup. Just enjoy the ride people got too weird with luxuries
But anyway love these Scouts
I haven't seen anyone mention the fuel economy on these yet, just curious on what it actually gets.
I can't speak for the newly updated motor but the 2022 model I believe was just above 30 mpg. Obviously depends on how you drive it but it is kind of meant to be ridden in the higher RPMs a lot of the time
Many people on the old engine could get the mid 40s... the new engine is supposed to be slightly more efficient. I don't think 45 would be out of line unless you are doing high speeds or riding the heck out of it all the time.
You must compare this bike with the R12.
