    A tip .. balancing the throttle cable so that the slides get pulled equally is most important .. and Iam one of the last guys who bought a brand new RD 350 from the showroom back in 1987 : - ) . As for the air screw .. turn it fully in and turn it out 1 1/4 turn ( Nandan 350 is right 1.5 turns was recommended by the manual but with fuel efficiency in mind , but 1.25 turns worked better .. made it run a little richer but cooler ..)

    bro, there is nothing to tune, just turn out the air screw 1 1/2 turn out from the full seated position, or may be 1 3/4 turns according to the manufacturer specification. If your carburetor is stock and not junk, and if your timing is perfectly set to 2.0mm + or - 2, and the engine is in good condition, there is nothing called tuning. your bike will simply roar.
