Yesss Jimin is such a perfectionist, you can see his that side while he dances and sings. In this shooting he did a great job - even director gave him a thumbs up - but he wanted to take one more shot for the perfect although he had a muscle pain and one of the staff said "I knew you'd say that" cause they know he is a perfectionist. He academically trained contemporary dance in Busan Art School, he was also the top dancer in his department but he's so good at BTS's dance style (more like hiphop dance) too. You can see his contemporary dance skills in some of their performances. The recent example is Jimin's solo Black Swan dance break at their online concert Map of the Soul: One (I couldn't find a full video of this because this is a paid concert)

Jimin suffers from muscle spasms because when he was young he grew lots of muscles from dancing and has overworked them over the years.But even tho he's in pain, and the director said that what he shot is good he did it again. It's inspiring
Jimin is a perfectionist!! But you can see he knows exactly when to push himself further and when to give himself a break. He has been doing this for almost a decade!! He knows his own limits and I'm so impressed with his work ethics ♡

I agree with you it’s nice to see the behind the scene of his dance performance bc it shows the part that sadly didn’t make the cut but are also good. Jimin’s love for his craft is really admirable and you can always see that in his dance performances bc he really gives it all.
