Fast and fun to ride on IFE elevators. Hopefully they are efficient and never breakdown in the future though.
The 3 of them are placed side-by-side together as well as having large capacities, gave me some vibes of Block 175 Lompang Road's Dongyang elevators.

Quite weird how this new studio apartment block was built into the existing Forfar heights Estate. According to the data plate on top this lift, these go at a speed of 3.5m/s

Hey Shawn, do you think this is an expansion from Forfar Heights blocks 48 to 52? I used to live there. So if they only built a new pavilion and a small commercial building, most probably it is an expansion. Residents with a car here most likely share the same Block 53A carpark beside it.

Block 96 Dawson Road is also a 43rd stories high same as this block. However there are 3 lift high rise only 2 lift are actually a fat ones. There is also a low rise lift and it is a 24th story lift but it was much slower.
Har in the site plan it says that all 3 lift shafts are for 16pax one
unless they installed one of them smaller than the other two
@@poteyatocheapp6978 That is what HDB did. 3 lifts, 2 of which are 16 persons and 1 is 13 persons.
