    How to backup iPhone to Mac & MacBook using Finder
    1- Open Finder on your Mac.
    2- Connect iPhone to Mac with lightning cable.
    3- Choose your iPhone under Locations in the left sidebar.
    4- Click General tab at the top.
    5- Select “Back up all the data on your iPhone to this Mac” in the Backups section.
    6- Check “Encrypt local backup” and set a password to add security to your backup.
    7- Click Back Up Now to let Finder back up your iPhone to your Mac computer.
    Location of iPhone backup on Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/
    Or, you can directly find your iPhone backup by clicking Manage Backups in Finder window, then right-click on your backup, and choose Show in Finder. You will be taken to the backup folder.
    Note:
    You can access the default Backup folder on your Mac computer, but the backup files are stored in a format that you can’t read. To view the iPhone backup files, you need to restore your iPhone from the backup, which may cause data loss.
