Hi everyone!!!! So nice to see you!!!!!
I've missed you! So good to see you back 💛
Wonderful to see your happy self!❤️❤️
I am blown away by your ability to create solutions that are so inexpensive using your intuitive knowledge of how to construct things. I have no ability to visualize these types of things. Thank you for sharing yours in such a clear and easy to follow manner. You are awesome!
Thank you so much!!!!
Great budget storage solution!
Exactly what I need. I can't (don't want to) afford other storage solutions. THANKS!
Yay!!!!
And here I am binge watching your organization videos 😂. TYFS 🥰
Yay!!!!! I see you are focused on storage. Let me know if you have any requests! 😉
YES glue your glue sticks together! I wanna build this for my paints!!!
Let me know how it goes!
Wish I had this years ago when I was working. Great job. TY God Bless.
Great idea! Glue to attach glue sticks to feed together is worth a million bucks!!!! Thanks.
Love this idea.
Thanks for the reminder on this. I forgot about this. I used it about 2 houses ago.
What a great ida for paint! So economical too! ❤
Glue stick tip is genius! Thank you!!
Good to see you back
Love this! Good to see you having the joy of setting up a new Craft room - looking forward to see you make a beautiful room.
yes, I knew about the glue stix thanx for the shelf idea!!! take care, Bonn in Eureka CA
Just loved the glue on glue stick tip…genius! Also loved I can have risers that fit my widths and with cleats - sturdiness to hold weight. Thank you so much!
You are so welcome!
Love the glue gun tip!!!!
It does my heart good to see you so happy!
This is genious, love it!!
Aww!!! Thank you!!!
Glad to see you back! I bought a 36 bottle set of acrylic paint in Dec '22. It came in a nice square cardboard box with no real lid, just the plastic wrap. I was lucky that the whole set fit in a plastic Sterlite shoebox with a clamping lid, that I already had. (so, $0😊). I even had room to put my paintbrushes in it, which decluttered my tool carousel. It is kept on the floor of my craft closet in front of my larger drawer units. Someday, it will be on a shelf, but at least it's right there.
That is awesome! I can still remember when ALL of my craft supplies fit in one small storage box. LOL
@@TheCraftyOrganizer haha, yes, same here. Now, quilting and papercrafts pretty much have taken over our older daughter's bedroom. But, we still have plenty of sleeping spaces when they all come home for Christmas.
I used a plastic Rubbermaid style bin, about 18”x 12”x 5” and stored about 40 or more of those paint bottles, upside down so I could see the colors. It fit in a rolling cart shelf. The bin ensured there was no spillage and I could carry the whole bin to another location. I did move and donated the whole bin to a local school. I love what you created and had smaller bottles of my Golden fluid acrylics stored on a nail polish rack that is stepped like what you made, but found I would knock over the lower rows trying to access the bottles in the back, as there wasn’t a lot of room at top to easily reach in. So for clumsier folks like me, don’t make the risers too tall if you make a similar organizer, or add front bumpers to all the rows.
But Mrs Norrine’s tension rods in front of bottles would add stability for bottles and light weight unit!
Great idea! Thank you, Norrine 💜
Glad you like it!
Sweet!!!
This might be perfect for my spices!!! Just moved and I have a ton of spice bottles and cans. I don’t want to “decant” into matchy match jars - I like the containers they came in and it helps me quickly find everything. Now I can get exact size spice rack that I need/want!
Woohoo!!! Let me know if you make it!
Fabulous project! So versatile! Good to see you again!!!😊
Thanks, Judi!!!
Thank you for such clear instructions on how to make this! Ive seen a lot of tutorials showing how to make this same storage organizer with foam board, but most were long and drawn out, too small in width or just sloppy! Your organizer is simple, very sturdy and definitely functional and im super excited to make a few of these for my paints, glitter glues, reinker bottles, and alcohol inks. This is perfect for so many things and is so much cheaper to make than paying the ridiculous price for one premade online, such as the Totally Tiffany Stadium Organizer which I've wanted for years but could never bring myself to pay the ridiculous amount they cost ugh. Thank you again! Love it!
I'm so glad!!!! Let me know how yours turns out!
Happy to hear you are settling in and getting things organized gradually. A move is always hard. I built a shelf that fits snuggly behind my door in my craft room. All recycled materials from wood to screws and even the paint for it was free. It is 8 shelves high and fits craft paint 2 bottles deep.
I love those types of storage pieces. Free is my favorite price.

Ok. I will take a couple pics and put them on the fb group this weekend.
I just posted the pictures in the FB Group.

Happy New Year!
Thank you. What a money saver!
Nice idea for paint storage. Yes, I’ve known about the glue stick tip, but have not tried it, but will tomorrow. lol
You should!
Get a tension rod from the $ store for in front of the paint bottles
Love this! And I love the idea of gluing the glue sticks! Mine are always falling out!
Mine too! Glad I wasn't alone in learning this! :)
Thanks! Absolutely needed this! Clever idea and so little costs. I love it! 😉👍❤

❤
Thank you for this timely DYi organization! I am slowly pulling my stuff out of storage that have been in there for 2 years (UGH) and I have a box full of my paints that need a place of their own. 😁 See you on the next one!
You can do it!
Norrine! Hello! That's ingenious about the glue stick--I've had them fall out the back and boy that was annoying! Love this organizer.
I’m so glad!!! I almost didn’t share it because I figured everyone knew - happy to hear I wasn’t alone
@@TheCraftyOrganizer I never would have thought of it. In all these years I never have thought of it! Glad you took the chance and shared it!
💕
Happy New Year 🎉
This is a great idea!
Love this idea! Happy New Year's Norrine@!!!
Same to you!
Great idea. Thinking of trying to make something similar out of wood scraps. I don’t like buying plastic or acrylic any more or using foam core . Trying to use cardboard or wood scraps in my craft room or things that I already have. Glad to have you back. ❤
Glad t see your back. I've been using the glue stick trick for several years now. It's a great tip. My husband installed shelves on wall over my craft bench and then built cubby holes to place each color of paints
I almost made something with cubby holes!!!!! Love that you have a handy hubby!!! :D
Pictures please
Great idea!! I'm organizing my craft room as well & this idea could help in a couple of areas.
Hello, such a great idea.
Thank you! 😊
You are amazing that is a wonderful DIY although your videos are fabulous this one nailed it many thanks lovely thanks for sharing
Wow! Thank you so much!!!!!
Great video
Glad you enjoyed it
Glad to see you're settling in! Have missed your vids! Great solution for the paint... I've got mine in the top of my craft cart turned upside down. I added the dividers to help keep like colors together. I have so many of those paints... I really need to get them used up.
I use them so much more when I see them 😊
Great idea I love it ,I am just starting to organise my craft room which is half of my small bedroom ,it used to be a spare room but with hubbies snoring I have had to move in there lol . Your ideas are amazing thanks for sharing them huni 😉👍❤️
This is so creative and helpful! Thank you and Happy New Year 🎉
Happy New Year Norrine🎉Love this idea 😍
Yay! Thank you!
The paint riser for $40 can be found cheaper by searching for nail polish risers/storage. I just did the same thing with my paints.
Isn't that so frustrating?!?!? Just because it's for a popular hobby, they bump the price! Good for you for looking outside the box!!!
Love this, Norrine!! I tried my hand at using the foam core to create ornament storage. It's ugly, but it works! 😂 I wished you were here to do it for me, haha!
The trick really is a good blade and measuring a lot. Lol.
Hahahahaha! My paints are scattered all over my house! I have short term memory problems so I just put crafts in shoeboxes in the rooms I intend to use them.. like small canvases in living room.. Paint size jars in bathroom for storage ideas. My " crafts room", is 🤪🤪🤪 but I'm ok with it.
