- For years, tonight’s guest, Heather, worked 3rd shift, as a bartender. Even though she earned very good money, working as a bartender, she quit her job, after having a Dogman encounter a couple of streets from her home. In fact, that encounter traumatized her so much, she refused to go out, at night, for a long time, after having it. You see, where Heather lives, a couple of streets away, there’s a marshy body of water that has what some people might call a beach, even though that’s not a good way to describe what it really is. Well, last May, on the night of the Flower Moon (full moon), Heather decided to go for a walk, by herself, around that body of water, on the “beach.” Unfortunately, she wasn’t alone. And there lies the problem!

It is absolutely traumatizing for sure. Anytime your mind goes through the process of "I'm going to die today. And nobody is going to know what happened." And all that whilst trying to process the fact that you're looking at a creature we've all been told doesn't exist or that could NEVER exist.

I really like her! I can tell she was genuine. I can't imagine what she is going thru!! Thank you for having her.
I can picture it so vividly because I have seen one. And when she said she didn't think it was real it struck a chord in me because I questioned it too, same to this day. These things look like a movie monsters. I question it so hard even when I hear of others describing exactly what I had seen. But apart of me says in my soul that, yes you have seen dogman, and yes he is very much apart of this plain of existence.
The way she describes how her encounters were life changing is exactly how I have always described my own. I quit going out alone and never outside at night because of the fear and anxiety of both of my encounters. Now, I never go outside unarmed. I am surrounded by farmland, ponds, swamp and lots of woods here in Southern Illinois.

You should wear two Gopros one facing forward one recording whats behind you. Most of the time they check you out from behind or follow you and you wouldnt even hear it unless it steps on a twig. And if they tear you apart at least you'll leave the evidence for others to find lol...

Heather, you did a great job describing everything. I felt that you put us in the location, as terrifying as it is to talk about. I wish that you were able to share your experience with your fiancé with confidence that you would receive the support that you deserve but at least you are able to talk to Vic and you have a supportive community here. Heather no one who regularly listens to this channel is laughing at you. We’re all terrified just trying to picture the situation that you were in with this thing. I would have done the same thing. Your details were fantastic and made it easy to envision this creature. You went into survival mode and did what you had to do and I have nothing but awe and respect for what you shared.
I absolutely believe in the Dogman. Too many stories, so many people, even somebody I know. My only question is how come we never hear about survivirs who were actually attacked? Like lost an arm or a leg or something? It leads me to believe they are not out to harm us, for the most part. But it also tells me that when they do decide to attack, they are so overpowering that there are no survivors.

Do you remember 3 years ago, in February 2020 in Kentucky a 13 year old boy was taken from his grandmother's yard and taken 300' up a steep hill and killed by an unknown canine? Sheriff's, deputies, etc can surely recognize a wolf, a great dane, a coyote, a golden retriever, a poodle ..etc etc but they could not identify what type of canine killed Corey, only that it was an unknown type of canine..evidently a canine that could carry or drag a 13 year old 300 feet up a steep hill that the recovery men themselves could hardly traverse. Eyewitnesses described a canine that the authorities couldn't believe. The state medical examiner has obviously seen many examples of injuries consistent with dog verses coyote verses wolf attacks yet was not able to identify what type of canine killed Corey. The forensic evidence was absolutely consistent with a canine attack, yet not even the medical examiner could identify the canine killer. DNA from saliva would surely have identified the canine but this is a case that is still unsolved. Is it possible that they just don't want the public to know that a killer dogman/werewolf creature is out there or are they really baffled themselves.

If you go back about 5 years or so ago in this channel, one guy was a survivor of an attack from a dogman! He had extensive injuries!
Dogman are not psychical they are like ghosts they come from interdimensional worlds dogmen are demons

Me too - since '15. Vic and others have validated the existence of these creatures for me, which helps to put this sort of information in the right mental filing cabinet. I have two friends that have had sightings and one of them has had two encounters. I intuited (knew) that theyre wandering around in my area, and once my next door neighbor overheard me in a conversation talking about this creature she freaked out and described her experience. Her sister in law described her two seperate (connected?) encounters. We have the perfect hunting/hiding grounds for dogmen and other cryptids around here - plenty of water and food.
These are the experiences that I came to this channel for back in 2015! I love these authentic stories from real and average everyday people. The stories lately have been from ppl in the dogman community and they don't carry the same weight as these recountings from regular folk. I think also Vic, you are doing a great, therapeutic job for these traumatized individuals dealing with an experience they simply often cannot discuss. Thank you for an amazing podcast and congratulations on your channel growth. You're almost to 100,000 subs!!
There are other talented artists out here that would be willing to work with those that have had these indescribably traumatic experiences. This woman has done a good job already describing what she saw.

Excellent show… your guest is very well spoken and did a great job giving visuals …I could listen to every little detail in this encounter with her and not get tired of hearing it…. I can relate to her experience of anxiety and panic attacks from PTSD , while I’ve not encountered a doctor dog man … there was a great deal of violence and fear in my childhood, and I’ve been thru periods of medication and counseling … I was very fortunate to have had counselors over the years who accepted and believed what I told them and their honest response helped me to see I could live without nightmares and panic attacks the answers lie within and I have a much more open mind more strength of spirit and greater understandings had I not had all of those experiences and …. And isn’t it true about many things in life being either a blessing or a curse .. you could say it about money … it’s not about what’s going on around us it’s about learning … and letting go
It’s a balance it’s a quest for inner peace … I wish her well in her journey may she find that inner peace along the way

I have an enate thing my whole life of actually picturing in my mind exactly what I'm hearing & this is one of the most interesting encounters I've ever heard. You're a strong woman Heather, always remain that way.
Ive often tried to imagine how terrifying it would be to see one of these cryptids standing in front of you. Like she said she will never forget seeing this. I get it because even though ive never seen any type of cryptid my daughter and granddaughter had seperate encounters and i still think all the time about what they told me. My granddaughter was only about 9 yrs old at the time and had a very close encounter. Their encounters wont give this guest much peace of mind because this wasnt in the woods and the opposite of remote. My granddaughter stepped out onto the deck of the house where we were staying and this thing was up on the deck maybe 5 or 6 ft away. I wouldve lost my mind but she deals with it by refusing to talk about it. I had never heard of a dogman at this time but i knew she wouldnt lie to me about anything. A few yrs later i finally heard a show about these things. My daughter saw this same thing a couple nights later and it was also close as it was sitting on the garage roof above her. It made zero sense for this thing to be in a crowded suburban neighborhood but there it was. I hope this guest will not let this encounter rule her life and think about during every other day of her life when she was oblivious to these things that they were still out there and that she was never harmed. Ignorance can truly be bliss but dont let knowledge now run your life.
I live in Alaska and your guest is correct about the huge forests and wood areas in this country. I have see Sasquatch here in Alaska, fortunately , I've never a dog man. I do hike, camp, and enjoy photography, all alone, in very remotes area of Alaska. I'm usually dropped off by aircraft or sometimes a boat.
I'm always well armed when remote, however, I was taught long ago. "Don't start a fight you can't win". Be it a gun fight, or a fight with a Sasquatch or dog man. It's not the guy you can see Infront of you, you should be concerned about, it's the guys hidden close by, that can kill you.

Stories of these creatures go back thousands of years. Herodotus wrote about dog headed men. It’s not a government creation
Government has been a thing since civilization. What government are you referring to? It’s obvious it came from an intelligent species with funding or extreme knowledge of how to create one. Their were civilizations way before ours started. Just like dinosaurs were here millions of years ago. Nothing is impossible except by someone who isn’t intelligent enough to know anything is possible. They are proven wrong over and over again.

I put on podcasts to put myself to sleep, but this one is keeping me up and bleary-eyed! I have almost lost my peripheral vision, which made me realize my normal way of moving was sort of lurching left or right in the direction I wanted to go -- which has led to many near-collisions in public. I sort of rotate in place now to turn. Easiest to do in socks on a hard floor. Neither here nor there, but I understood what Heather meant.
A Tibetan fox looks to me like a fake animal head Photoshopped onto a fox body. It does look "wrong".
"Hyena" aspects are fairly common in Dogman reports and other things -- like the various canid entities seen at Skinwalker Ranch. Some people believe the extremely long forearms allow the creatures to walk on all fours without bending completely horizontal, like knuckle-walking apes.

I don't think I wanna encounter a Sasquatch of Dogman. The Pensacola Sea Monster story was scary too.
Which episode was that? Rakes are real as well. I think rakes could be human fused with some type of reptile DNA. I've seen a few Goatman sightings as well. One trail cam pic and a guy filmed one hiding in the bushes. Juries still out on that one.

OMG Heather, what a frightening encounter! But I don't think it meant you any harm, cause it didn't hurt you the first time when it was trying to get your attention by making those grunting noises, it had to be standing closer to you then.
The second time you encounter it, she was probably curious about you and maybe her abrupt turn was because it also got frightened when you began to scream, but it didn't want to lose sight of you as it left to take cover from you, hence the quick and odd abrupt turn.
I know the nightmares can be so troubling, but you can encourage yourself in your dreams that you're safe now. Telling yourself she was as curious of you as you were of her. But all is well now. Hope the nightmares never return.

It’s interesting to see the photo taken outside the zoo they posted recently. It looks like she is taking about Like the stance and longer hair around the neck. The photo is fuzzy but it looks so strange.
Just to comment on this episode to, I think the lady did a great job explaining what happened, most definitely believe her, think she’s very brave to, hope she’s okay out there this must have been so terrifying for anybody to experience.

Thank you for sharing your encounters with us, by the way... so scary, and I understand that these creatures are amazing and at the same time so scary, their existence makes you wonder if this world is really as we are told, I have no doubt that there is some truth to those myths and legends that have been written, and I really believe that the world is much scarier than we think, it's just that we focus on things that make us happy and comfort us, that's why many of us have not looked further, the fear pushes us to avoid acknowledging that we actually live among monsters.
I get what she’s saying. My ahha moment was an up close UFO when I was 12, with my BFF. I’m almost 48. It made me realize the people telling me things weren’t “real” were either stupid or lying to me. As a result, I’m pretty open minded about the unknown. I haven’t seen Bigfoot or dogman, but I do not doubt the people that say they have. I think there’s a lot about our existence that we just don’t know, and the professed experts don’t either. I find it super annoying when they date things or give timelines. How do they know? Our life span is 120 years, and the history only as good as the person who wrote it. Yeah, I’m questioning even more since 2020. Reality is going to stranger than fiction IMO.
When she said it looked like a hyena, it reminded me of that photo of that dude holding up that odd looking creature that looks like a hyena. Even the ears she described. . Has anyone seen that photo?

My heart goes out to you. What an absolute frightening encounter. I can’t even fathom that amount of fear and I have a fear of dogs from being attacked by several at the age of 5 that belonged to the neighbors across the street. It’s so sad that anyone should have to worry about being ridiculed because of witnessing these creatures or any other cryptids. You are braver than I am. I believe I would have died on the spot.

These people are so detailed bc these things are truly the meaning of “I will NEVER forget the scariest day of MY life” completely changed in ways most of us will never understand…. And want to….But thanks to them we can empathize and imagine ❤
I relate to this person. I honestly didn’t believe in a lot of things until I encountered something I thought were superstitious. I didn’t believe in spirits or ghosts until one appeared in my kitchen one day. It opened my mind right up! Now they say UFO’s are real. It makes you wonder what else is real. It’s unsettling and scary but also magical.
Would really love to hear a follow up show on brendon close I can’t remember the number of episode he was in a side by side driving and the Dogman was chasing him and his friend I would really like to know what has happened to him since the men in black showed up and went into the woods behind his house with a dish or hand held device and they said he should be good. These creatures are similar to many animals. But these creatures live in the woods but are not from
their. Everything about them is strange especially the basic walking is so different.
A manufactured being on one hand and some seem to be from a different forest.They are out of place in every way.When you travel to different countries. You stand out except your a tourist except with Fangs. I'm sorry the encounter damage her life as well as her basic well-being. Good Video 😎.
It's so telling: There are certain details that, totally different people, describing their encounter, each struggle, but describe peculiar traits about these things that are The Same.
Yet, the occasional person describing a couple of these odd traits, does so, each in their own struggling, sincere, detailed way -- but, of SIMILAR TRAITS.
I wonder if dogmen are the result of a horrific American military contractor/scientist experiment gone terribly wrong.

Smart lady not to tell anybody close it would just cause you resentment when they didn't believe you and of course never tell a "professional".
Unbelievable, we just discover that kind of beast in France (maybe ten years), and there is most and most eyewitness who relate their encounter.

IF my husband ever told me that I did not know what I had seen, after having it literally in my face...because suddenly I have become rendered stupid.... we would have a problem...... I dislike nothing more than to be patronized and tapped on the head like a child. Fiance's are easier to leave. To go through a devastatingly, horrific experience, to only be poo pooed....... shame on him.

I always here people talking about the shutdown. I live in central Illinois. I don’t remember there ever being an actual shutdown. I went the same places I always did maybe I had to go at sleight oh different times I really don’t remember but I know for sure everything wasn’t shut down
