  • Krista Simmons dives into the Caribbean island of Anguilla, a quick boat ride north of Saint Martin, to explore the local food and culture. She tries Anguillan eats like cowfish (a relative of fugu), Johnny cakes, crayfish and conch stew while exploring the native sailing culture during the Festival Del Mar, and even gets a a chance to compete in a local swimming race.
