- Spring Equinox Druid Ritual Meditation. Come with me to a little village in the south of England and experience an open druid ritual for Ostara, The Spring Vernal Equinox below one of England’s chalk hillside figures of a giant called The Longman of Wilmington.
Sarah is a 3rd grade Druid within the world’s largest organisation called The Order of Bards Ovates and Druids or OBOD. You can find more information on the Order’s distant learning program at druidry.org.

In this video, I can see the empath in your eyes. Maybe I'm totally wrong, but I see signs of the exhaustion and sadness that so many of us that are attuned to the energies of the universe are experiencing during this time of elevated unrest. Ahhh I can’t hide it then. Half of it’s mine, this has been a childhood paranoia that’s has followed me through life. I remember overhearing my grandmother talking about the Spanish flu and it showed a seed and now it’s here! Thank you for your kind words. @@Reikidreams911 This whole coronavirus/covid-19 event is unprecedented....it is a well-known fact that people generally respond negatively towards the unknown as a rule but the added connotations of death/dying/sickness are powerful themes indeed. No wonder people are panicking and making these insane bids to the supermarkets to strip bare shelves of toilet paper and hand sanitizer, like these things are holy and will save us so long as we apply them liberally and faithfully! I personally believe that all energy/light workers are experiencing symptoms of this "worry wave" due to the sheer volume of its intensity....many of my Facebook groups composed of "woke-folk" are reporting ringing in the ears, headaches, nausea, a general sense of foreboding and anxiety across the spectrum, and I believe the numbers don't lie: we have a situation on our hands here, no doubt about it. I just happen to be quite fond of YOU dear lady and seeing it in your eyes made me stop in my tracks there. You are totally right, we can and we will support each other through this thing and who knows, maybe that's the whole point of it....to confirm on a global level that we have not lost the ability to connect together and uplift our fellow brothers and sisters in humanity. How amazing would that be?! A little encouragement can go such a long way, so this is mine to you! Super stoked to get your reply, made my day. 🤗🙏

Having been closed at home for the past week, as the government has 'advised' people not to leave, even those who are not quarantined, I am starting to have major cabin fever. Like many commenting before me, I rely on long walking and general physical activity to keep my anxiety at bay and myself balanced. Now everything is different, all that was habitual and familiar is suddenly changed, with no idea how long the change would last.
Plans have gone sour, vacations and traveling cancelled, so sad I won't be able to see my best friend whom I see only once a year when she travels to visit...
So I am really appreciative for some parts of my routine being still intact, like your videos, which I now consider an integral part of my well-being routine.
