Great routine. I LOVE using the tutorial for longer teaches. It keeps the routine moving, especially if you do it many times over! I also enjoy-and pay attention to- your words of wisdom. I surprised myself that nearing 70 I could still do a "kick-ball-change". It's a GOOD day! Thanks Chris.
