K and his family are horrible people. But his Mother, well she didn’t act like his mother. The fact that she just stood by, while these people treated her son worse than the rats in the basement, is just unforgivable.
“Why have a child if you don’t want to love them” quote by me and for wisdom to future parents or people that going to marry someone who already has a children
You almost want to believe the parents however they seem to only realize if they don't act sorry the bio kids will probably turn on them. I'd ask the one's who are sorry to make a public apology and detail what they did but also what abuse knew about and when they knew it. Even it's way past the point of forgiveness it can still be used as closure.
Well said. OP seriously needs to go full NO CONTACT with her mother and her husband, given how %£?@ed they treated him. Not only that, he should also move to the US, apply for US citizenship, and grow his own family that consists of supportive new friends, a trustworthy therapist, and a warm-hearted girlfriend whose family are good people.
No. No. NO. OPs mom is a horrible mom, K is even worse and his family is just a bunch of demons on earth. They both failed an INNOCENT CHILD because they were selfish, cruel and just horrible. OPs mom and K abused OP just as much as Ks family, they don't want to admit that this would never happened if they could care for just a second. I wish nothing but happiness to OP.
I have friend just the same as like you, he drop out from high school but thanks God he fulls of other talents (music and art). When he being kick out by his step father me and my other friends help him up to live (we got base camp for hangout) we support his daily need and try find job for him. When we all graduate from high school alot from us got separate, he decided go to Capital to find his luck while i go to college. When Linkin Park got Consert in my country we meet again, he work with the consert promotor and he look pretty well him self, 10 years later we meet again at BALI he live there now with his wife and 2 sons, he got music studio and Tatto studio there. Sometimes he go home to meet with his parents to show some respect and gratitude... But i don't feel any sense of REVERENCE to his parents only sense of Duty or perhaps more like Charity.
Yeah you need to get out of that house you're going to realize that all your brothers and sisters have college funds and you don't😢 judge people by their actions not their words you know how they treat you you know how they feel about you while ever them telling you
@rabidspiders01 you didn't actually listen to the story, did you? The mom was pregnant BEFORE she met K, therefore cheating had nothing to do with anything. The fact that OP was illegitimate was not due to cheating
@kevinj1855 I listened to all that horse shit. The entire story doesn't ad up. 1. The entire dad's side of the family treats the kid as an affair baby. 2. They treat the mom as a cheater 3. Mother avoids the questions and gas lights the kid. 4. Mother acts as a door mat. The mother is a cheater. And the dad didn't take it lying down. And the family refuses to accept it.
@kevinj1855 think about it. Why is the dad demanding DNA testing on the other children if she didn't cheat on him and he knew she was pregnant beforehand.
He's not 18 yet. Cps would be involved depending on statute of limitations. In az it's 3 or 4 years. They keep changing it but for sa it's 99 yrs i think.
So because OP's mother cheated on someone who was not related to her family it was enough to make them go no-contact with her. That just makes me think they never loved her.
i would have given them a chance honestly, well not his extendet family, and honestly k is an asshole he knew what he was getting when he got with her, he should not have treated op like this, but the mother as well how the fuck do you cheat on the guy you have been with from 3 years, i understand why she didnt react, what could she have done if she reacted, k kicking her out and she fending alone for them both, it might sound bad but slight abuse is better than starving on the street, her family completely cutting contact however is wrong in my opinion, dont take me wrong i hate cheaters with burning passian, for me they are a human waste, but trash for one is gold for others, if that was my daughter/son i would straigh up told them the truth of what garbage they are for doing that to their partner, but i wouldnt have kicked them out to fend for themselfs, i would have made sure they learned their lesson so they dont repeat that mistake ever again, if they didnt learn their lesson then it would be my fault as well for not raising them correctly, but the baby had no fault, granted i would have asked for abortion but if she didnt do it, there is no way in hell i would be letting my grandson go through that shit, he wont be resposible for his mother/ my daughter being trash some time ago, its not his fault he was conseived, those morons could have at least used protection, i would have made sure he had a home and family he could lean on
Don't get me wrong. The "dad" was a douche for the way he treated OP, but to say he did nothing for OP is a lie. He fed and homed a kid that was not his for 18 years.
I’m upset he listened to the commenters on Reddit and chose not to forgive them. Parents here made a massive mistake and I’d feel sad hurt and neglected too but stick around and see if they’re actually going to change. People nowadays need to have more compassion for those that make mistakes. Sad story for the poster. I hope he’s okay
While i believe people change 18 yrs is too much. As a child i was indifferent to my parents as they were to me. But later as i grew up i could see their efforts to change and now we have better relationship.
Even if they honestly didn't know about the abuse from other relatives, both parents spent years explicitly and BLATANTLY showing they considered OP a lesser member of the family. - You don't go on family trips and exclude the one child. - You don't buy extravagant gifts for all but one child. - You don't suddenly feel guilty enough about all of this that you seek therapy and then KEEP ON abusing the child. - And you especially don't - as a parent who supposedly loves said child - sit on the sidelines and let all of this happen. OP's stepfather is a cruel, neglectful pos whose 17+ years of indifference-to-cruelty towards OP isn't washed away with a bit of a cry and a hug. And OP's mother is just as nasty for actively contributing to an environment where her eldest child was made to feel like an outsider in their own home. If OP looked at all that and understood that their 'parents' stole their childhood and never truly loved them; right on!
The hypocrisy on K being mad and hurt that Op doesn’t call him dad while hating Op is infuriating
I heard this one before. Glad op didn't give them a chance. They are absolutely irredeemable.
He did said the step dad was in therapy for 2 yrs.
@@m2ik2y052 years, BEFORE this all happened, so it seems like it hasn't done a bit of good for OP
Damn. I never cry when listening to these stories but OP is just so lovely. My heart is breaking for him.
Blaming a kid for something that's outside of his control is absolutely reprehensible. That husband's family are absolute monsters 😢
Important to note that OP supposedly lives in the Balkans region of Eastern Europe.
Okay everything makes sense now, there's nothing unusual about this story.
Yeah Man of the game thing was weird instead of MVP makes since
I hate it when family betrays their own kids
K and his family are horrible people. But his Mother, well she didn’t act like his mother. The fact that she just stood by, while these people treated her son worse than the rats in the basement, is just unforgivable.

Whatever op does in the future I just hope he makes the best decisions to ensure he lives with no regrets.

Dsmn near everyone in this story is godawful.

Can't believe this made me tear up 😂
Heard this story before
Op in denial they had almost 18 years to change parents just garbage mom is just the worst she just wanted stability lol
When you think about it. The mom’s side of the family ALSO hate OP, I think god just has a hatred for OP. Im not even joking💀💀
I know the music is "generic" but it's oddly soothing yet somber. Excellent choice of tunes
As a member of the grammar police we will find you it will just take 7 business days 😂
You forgot to give the OP a grade, shall we say B-?
I have friend just the same as like you, he drop out from high school but thanks God he fulls of other talents (music and art).

Would leave and go to other country to escape

This is all the mothers fault for cheating
The mother didn't even cheat on K, OP was being punished because his mom slept with someone before she even met K
@kevinj1855 ok id love to hear your explanation for the family considering op the bastard child.
@rabidspiders01 you didn't actually listen to the story, did you? The mom was pregnant BEFORE she met K, therefore cheating had nothing to do with anything. The fact that OP was illegitimate was not due to cheating

K just wants to save face. He’s still as selfish as OP’s mom.
Mom sounds horrible
I hate how this reminds me of my family except instead of not being my dads he just hates me idk why tho
He's not 18 yet. Cps would be involved depending on statute of limitations. In az it's 3 or 4 years. They keep changing it but for sa it's 99 yrs i think.
It's not in the US, so US law means nothing
Hypocrites that requires op to say dad but mistreating op like they are black sheep of the family
Where to get the copyright free background gameplay??
....jesus .....when did this happen, 1700?
So because OP's mother cheated on someone who was not related to her family it was enough to make them go no-contact with her. That just makes me think they never loved her.
Wait she cheated? No wonder she is POS and top it all off she treated her kid like that
Fuck…its just… Sad…
Why did the new therapist report the old one?
i think the old one was supposed to report the abuse but clearly didnt, which is what the new one did
@@lolmanv thanks
❤

Wow, how generous when he married the OP's mother...
First again

K has been in therapy for 2 years prior to this, if he was going to change, he would have by now.
The story is most likely fake
