That is just awesome! Yep it needs to be on the layout eventually. All I could think of was that it was very Pripyat-esque. Fantastic! You have got me rethinking my 1970 vintage Midwest layout ideas to be more 1980s Midwest rural abandon small town small industry based environment.
The Ferris wheel in Pripyat is definitely on the list of things that would be cool to reproduce! As for the Midwest Rural town idea, there are so many excellent horror films set in that era that there would be endless inspiration. My favorite is Tremors. :)
That was awesome my friend 👏👏👏 I really liked the way you did the graffiti, that blew my mind, I never thought to use stencils 👍 I love all the details....you definitely nailed it with this one 😀 thanks for sharing 👍
Will You, at some point, add those stand-alone dioramas to Your railroad layout? The ones from the 10x10 challenges are like little treasures :) Said it on instagram will repeat here: Awesome stuff all around and the creepy soundtrack just perfect ;) hope to see your channel grow!
Thanks for the kind words. When I started my layout I had never considered details like a water park or other structures that I've been making for my dioramas. I'm going to continue working on my 30 odd structures, and strange little dioramas and I will eventually combine them on a bigger and more improved layout? We shall see. I'm not afraid to change things and so long as I'm having fun - I'm going to let the process dictate the outcome.
There is no home - yet. I've been doing these monthly diorama projects to try techniques and ideas I hadn't originally considered with the original layout. I am am seriously considering making some changes to the layout next spring and redesigning the footprint to include these sorts of things.
The white powder is baking powder. It fuses really well with super glue to create an instant filler. As for the hobby knife, that is a standard exacto number 11 blade. Thanks!
You are going to change N-scale with these builds you do!!!!! Bravo
Ok the foil tape fence just changed my life! Definitely gonna have to try that (and shout you out, of course!)
This!
Awesome man! You know I'll bump any vid you make - go for it!
Definitely getting my crafters chois vote 🤙🍀
Thanks!
Great build.

Using the grooves on that screw on the foil to make the ridges on the corrugated steel fence was genius!
nice dude
Cool!Great Work.
Very cool
That was great. Haven’t thought of using the foil tape. That was great.
I hit Like, then watch the video, cos whatever it is, I know its going to be good! This one is no exception!

Great project! I like the techniques you use!
That music is creepy AF!
Abandoned playgrounds any kind are the most depressing thing our cities can leave behind. the absencs of life in this build is quiet disturbing.
Absolutely, yet, I find them really interesting. I love abandoned houses and towns.
Man, this looks amazing. Where did you put it on the layout ?

Wow this is nice, Sir can you make me one for my n/scale Carnival layout..
Best piece…so far.
What’s the white powder?
The recess for the pools…was that an unusual hobby knife blade?

@@NScaleDystopia thank you.
Hi, which program did you use to model the slides? (Sec 12)
I figured out the initial dimensions using Adobe illustrator, and then I used rhino 3D to model the slides.
You should add a Stranger Things monster.
A 12mm tall demogorgon? Challenge accepted!
Do you sell the things that you make
I haven't considered selling anything. However, I am give away some of my CAD files .
