The queen has landed. Wearied from her perilous flight she sheds her wings, burrows into the soft sand and begins to lay. The first children of the nomadic Formica Ereptor must grow quickly if they are to survive. Soon the ants will embark on a vast and treacherous journey through thick jungle and scorching desert. Gonna be honest, the idea that the queen ant, while I recognize it as a game mechanic, cannot fight is ridiculous. Look at the size of her to assuage any doubts. They’re known irl to sometimes slow down egg production in the presence of other queens in order to maintain strength to fight off invading ants. They may not be as good as fighting something in the same weight class because egg production saps their energy, but they should at least be perfectly capable of stomping on the baby spiders.

The queen cannot fight cuz irl they are ment to lay eggs only cuz if they fight they are risking the entire colony the queen dies the colony will slowly die cuz no one is laying eggs
That true but I think queens never go out side and only fight in there early ages of the colony when they dint have soldiers once she goes under she doesnt come back up
I like the idea of them being able to fight back but unable to move (if they decide to make army ants a unique species outside of counterpart colonies, the queen should be able to move along with the colony)

Heya, little tip, the Majors needs Media ants to back them up, so if you don't have enough of them the Majors cant output enough damage (and you won't have the numbers) to survive on waves with lots of enemies like wave 3. Hope this helps!

A major help is that, what I do is I make all my idle ants(the ones that stay inside the nest) is you can always set them to not attack. Then if you have enough food and workers, you can keep holding back an army

Fun fact:a leafcutter ant soldier like the infamous Atta cephalotes soldier can go up wards to 3mm - 23mm and eciton burchillie majors (army ant majors) can go up to 3mm - 12mm and the biggest species of army ants can go up wards to 0.5 inch majors that is as a thumbtack!

You should use the pheromone colour groupings more, Red should be ontop of the Queen, when she's under attack move EVERYTHING to the red. Purple should be the underground nest Entrance, you should have 2 Majors assigned to it to act as 'Guards' just like a normal nest would.
Green should be for foraging & 3 should be for above ground excursions. You lose so many ants rapidly moving the pheromones about like that above ground.

Beaver an easier thing to do with this is to make chambers instead of just a bunch of open spaces (choke points as in a good defense)

2-5 soldiers wont do much when you can't replenish 20-50 soldiers.

I think you need a squad 2 of ants defending the colony while the first one will go harvesting
In version 0.13 they added upgrading ants with royal jelly so you can add additional health to the queen.
Beavers strategy worked really well. If it wasnt for those wolfspiders i think he could have beaten the game.

Beaver I just tried playing Jurassic World Alive a few days ago and all I can say is that you must have a lot better mental fortitude than I do because I have never got so angry at a free-to-play mobile game in my life...and I play Fate Grand Order religiously.
You should re play the frontline mission with challenge mode so you can see the flys.
